The hotel is in a good location, very clean and very pleasant.

The pool closing time does not match a daily rate. You arrive at 4 pm, the pool closes at 6 pm and only opens again at 10 am the next day. In other words, the guest does not enjoy much. I was not informed that I would have to reserve chairs by the pool, much less that car parking would be charged..

View was amazing and the staff was great. Location was great although we had to take Ubers to get anywhere- it's basically one long hotel strip so there aren't a lot of convenience stores, etc. around.

The pools are completely shaded by the afternoon. It was hard to get a seat at the pools that stayed in the sun longer. Umbrellas couldn't be used because of the wind. Pool service was slow because they only had one server per section, but the staff was very nice and accommodating which made up for it.

The spaces, elegance and views. The check in and check out process were efficient and fast. We were upgraded to 2 very nice rooms as requested.

Majestic old building in need of a retouch and attention to details. Carpets were ragged and over used. Ocean social has opportunities to improve in quality of food and attention to little details like placing salt and peeper on the table and putting more personnel to work. They had 1 person to clean the rooms in 3 floors, first day it was close to 4:00 pm and our room wasn’t serviced yet.

I can't say enough good things about the amazing staff during this visit. Specifically Maria and Neisha who went above and beyond during my check-in to correct an issue for me. They deserve special acknowledgement for going the extra mile to ensure I had a wonderful stay. I absolutely appreciate what they were able to do for me and will be staying at the ER again in the future specifically because of what they were able to do for me. Thank you!

I wish my stay was longer!

Located in mid-beach, on collins Ave, with great bus links to historic art deco district and across the water to downtown, little Havana, Bayside and all Miami has to offer. Bar , longe area is very impressive, with lots of comfortable seating, lots of guests relaxing, coming and going, there is a vibrant chic vibe. Our room was a large double queen, very spacious and clean. The Social Bar was particularly impressive, with great food, service, views, beachfront, and food outstanding. Would highly recommend

Lovely room with balcony, great view of beach and ocean. We were there for our honeymoon, the staff sent prosecco to the room which was a lovely touch.

No information provided about what to do, where to go, or the free trolley bus which takes you to south beach and ocean drive where all the shops and restaurants are. Food and drink in hotel was expensive

The atmosphere great and having access to Nobu's menu was great. The bar area had a fab atmosphere which was not at all pretentious. It was relaxed and fun. Great facilities and ambience in the hotel. Very helpful front desk staff too. Excellent location. All staff were warm and friendly. Value for money was good.

In-room dining took around 35 minutes which was long.
