We love this hotel and stay here every time we visit Tallahassee. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are amazing, they are clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is great and we feell safe. We also love having a restaurant/lounge available as well.

We travel a lot and the only downfall is having to pay $15.99 per person for a continental style breakfast, even if you only have a muffin or piece of toast. While most other hotels, including other Holiday Inns offer free breakfast with your stay..

The location was 3.5 miles from FSU, where we were going to visit our daughter and attend a FB game. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The fridge was larger than a mini, which was nice. The welcome BBQ was a nice, added touch. I hope that they continue to do that. The market had lots of choices for snacks and beverages.

Setting the a/c to a warmer temp didn't stop the a/c from continuing to blow cold air, even after setting the temp from 69 degrees to 74 degrees. The mode must also be changed and took hours to adjust. The mattress was very soft and the shower head probably needs to be replaced in room 405. The toilet did flush, but you had to hold it for a count to 5.

We had a dinner there and a breakfast. Both were very good and reasonably priced.

The fact that I had booked with booking.com and evidently got the date wrong for our first visit and since we were a no-show we were billed for that. We did not discover the date until I went to check in the first time and presented our reservation email and the desk clerk noticed it had a wrong date on it and was already past the date. I am thinking quite a bit about using booking.com again. I have used them almost every time we travel and been very pleased but not this time.

I loved the clean room. The beds were very comfortable.

My room was not ready at 4pm and check in was at 3. They also told us the pool would be closed for painting. NOT ACCEPTABLE! it was a Saturday and my kids lived for the pool. After I told the receptionist I wouldn't be checking in if we couldn't get in the pool, they opened it back up. And last but not least, the air went out at 7am and started making a loud noise. So now our sleeping in was interrupted and no one could go back to sleep. I called corporate and still no discount on my room or anything for not one, not two, but three inconveniences. No apologies. No nothing. I don't know if we will stay here again.

This hotel was extremely clean and tidy. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was great! The bed is sooo soft. You melt into it. I would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately there was a small issue with our bathroom where the sink was leaking into the floor every time it was used. We noticed shortly before checking out (only stayed one night). But I alerted the staff and hopefully it would be taken care of before the next guest.

The rooms were extremely clean. The beds were very comfy. I appreciate the full size wall mounted soaps in the bathroom. The pool area was warm, upscale, and very clean. I really appreciate the free washer and dryer. The breakfast was delicious, and the hostess/waitress was so sweet. The location was in a very nice part of town.

The water pressure in the shower was soft, but that's just a personal preference.

I rented 2 rooms. We were 6 people and that was a separate expense that we did not count.

Breakfast was good as it was going to be cooked based on your preference. Even though it is not included in your room rate, I believe this is more customer-centric because you were given a choice to either avail it from the hotel or anywhere else. There were also a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was really big enough for the three of us and most of all, it was really clean from the bed to the toilet. Thank you Katie for preparing this room for us! Free parking was also a plus and the location was safe. Internet speed was also great.

Complimentary coffee tasted bad. It was dull that I thought I was drinking a bitter water and there was no aroma that would really make me say that the coffee was brewed correctly.

Location was excellent, nice and quiet but handy for lots of facilities. Having Panera Bread at the end of the car park was great as we had just driven from Nashville and didnt particularly want to go out to eat, this was so convenient. Had an issue with our room and staff could not have been more helpful

Breakfast was good but the facilities are being worked on so the layout was not to great.

It was clean! I was greeted with a beautiful smile and friendly knowledgeable staff. I had tried another place that was nasty dirty and rude staff. This was such a great place to get to after that bad place.

Nothing would have made it better. We enjoyed this very much. Keep up the great work and clean place! The heated indoor pool is amazing! Thank you for being a great hotel!
