Loved the amenities - gym with classes, pool, hot tub, there is also a work space - my wife and I did a WorkCation and this was one of the greatest benefit. Elevators were working and never a wait, even with 50+ floors. W/D with pods in the unit was a plus! Virtual check-in and out.

We stayed for 5 nights and never got a refresh on towels and linen. No complimentary coffee. Some of the front desk service support was not as helpful.

Michigan Ave 808 obviously is in a great location: next to Grant Park and to a METRA station (you are in 20 minutes at the University of Chicago), 15 Minutes to Lake Michigan (and a water taxi stop), 10 Minutes to the Art Institute (and there is a very nice bakery at the corner and a Trader Joe‘s not far). I enjoyed the studio I stayed in very much: much space, modern furniture, view (partly overlooking Grant Park), many lights and plug-ins, great WLAN, all kinds of kitchen utensils, big bathroom, good products (shampoo, body cream etc.) + the building feels very secure (entrance key, elevator key), you have your own mailbox, everything is top cleaned and there is small swimming pool at the 7th floor and even if you don‘t feel like swimming go there just for the view. What really stands out for me is the the friendliness and the competence of the staff. Everyone is very welcoming, they help you in no time with (seemingly) whatever question you have. I have stayed in lots of places — this for sure is one of the best.

The price for the studio might seem to be on the higher side, but given all the amenities Sentral Michigan Ave offers it is really good value. I definitely will be back.

We had booked a 2 bed premium apartment but when we got there it was not available. Unfortunately we had t settle for a regular 2 bed apartment but it was lovely. Facilities were fantastic, everything we needed. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a lovely living/kitchen area.

There was a terrible smell of cannabis everywhere, in the elevators, rooms, reception. It seems to be coming through the vents. We actually put towels at the door to the apartment hoping it would stop the smell seeping through but to no avail.

The view was amazing and it was clean. The location is good.

They only gave us one roll of TP and when I requested for more towels through the portal never heard back from anyone. Otherwise everything was great.

1. The location: we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go (Navy Pier, Buddy Guys, the Art Museum, amazing restaurants, Mag Mile, etc) 2.The view: we could view the city skyline (including Willis Tower) and the Lake 3. Sodia was the front desk person who checked us in. She was so warm and friendly throughout our stay. She was also extremely helpful in all that we asked for. 4. The facilities: Great work out room, Beautiful pool area, fun game room. 5. The room was cutely decoratated. It was simple and quaint. LOVED having a full kitchen!! 6. The front desk staff was friendly: They even held our luggage for a few hours after we checked out.

The cleanliness of the rug in the room could been better. It had lots of stains. It looks like it needs to be thrown away. Also, our toilet was not working properly. We asked that maintenance take care of it. They came very quickly to fix it. It did take some time for the gentleman to work on it. It was a minor inconvenience and we appreciated the prompt service. However, I'm just mentioning this here so the Sentinel is aware for future guests. The automated message system that we had to communicate through was not very helpful.

Fantastic view of the city. The amenities were great. AWESOME bathroom. Friendly staff. I'd definitely book here again.

There were a couple of things I had to take pictures of to ensure I didn't get charged for them. Stained counter top, warped cabinet door coating, rusty grab bar in shower, etc. The thing that really got me anxious was the washer/dryer unit. I went to wash the linens and the thing went CRAZY! It was advertised that we'd have one so I was looking forward to that. Overall awesome property, but could use some repairs here and there.

I loved the location. coming back to my hometown, the view made my stay very special. the hot tub was so nice and I felt very welcomed.

the only problem was that we could not use the TV. even when I wanted to order a movie, I was unable to get anything. That was huge considering I really wanted to relax and wind down with a movie, or a show...anything.

The bed was the most comfortable thing I have ever laid on. I went home and looked up the best hotel style bed sets I could find just to replicate. The pool was very entertaining and clean, along with the hot tub that was ON TOP OF THE ROOF! There was a game room where we played 8-ball for a whole hour and even explored the little gym area. This is a very very nice stay. You get an entire apartment for such a little cost. A living area, bedroom, bathroom, and a full kitchen? Sign me up. I will be staying here any time I’m in Chicago. On a weird side note, the couches in the pool area were heavenly. I need to buy one for my house and was definitely a rememberable part of that hotel and was necessary to mention.

The staff were a little hard to find at times and took a couple times to answer the phone.

My partner and I stayed in the Premium Apt. South Loop and it was perfect. The area was nice, safe, and comfortable. The views in the room were spectacular and we were able to utilize the washer and dryer. I loved that there was a refrigerator, oven & stove because we were able to take leftovers from restaurants and enjoy them later! Although there was a language barrier with the staff, they were still nice and helpful. I do want to mention that a day before my stay, I received an email from “Sentral Michigan, Booking.com” asking me to re-confirm my stay and input my credit card info but it was a scam.

This South Loop condo had a beautiful view of the lake. Spacious, clean and modern, it was conveniently located across from Grant Park, close to restaurants/bars and numerous safe parking options. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'd definitely choose this condo again.

I received key pickup instructions only 15 minutes prior to the original start of my rental, which was too late. I would have preferred to receive those as soon as I checked in online the day before. As it was, we were able to check in early but not having the instructions made the key process confusing, Everything else about the reservation and online check-in was a breeze, though. Unit description did not specify which type of coffee maker they had (drip vs Keurig), so if you want to bring your own coffee, make sure it's ground coffee and cone-shaped filters. No Keurig. Also bring bottled water for the coffee maker because the tap water was terrible for drinking. :D
