I love everything from the Happy hour to the breakfast. Evening the check out process was easy.

I stayed on the second floor and woke up to brown stuff on the floor. From the sink in the front room. I addressed the issue with them at the front desk. I was checking out so they waited for us to check out and fix the problem. They are aware of this issue and I think this should be fixed before someone else stays in the room I stayed in. But from my understanding it's only the second floor that has this problem. I didn't get I'm sorry this happened or anything. I love this hotel so please have that issue fixed.

it was a very long time since I stay in embassy suites, the breakfast was very good , great selection buffet style the rooms were very clean , spacious and also the room we stay in had a dinner area The staff was very friendly and professional, the only negative was we didn't get to use the pool the night of our stay since it look like that day someone had the whole family family stay there lol but overall great stay and will definitely be back when I travel back in the area

the cost was a little bit on the high end for one night but then again we stay on a weekend so cant we really complain about that

The breakfast is an amazing bonus and the excellent customer service we always receive as frequent quest at this hotel.

I learned because we book through a third party the quest stay on the 2nd or third floors. I asked for an upgrade went to another room on a higher floor. That was a much nicer room . I think that’s unfair that we are limited to the 2nd or 3rd because we book with a 3rd party . We are all paying quest .

I liked the feeling of being safe. Also loved the complimentary Breakfast area. I appreciated the cleanliness. The Restaurant/Bar Happy Hour was an unexpected enjoyable time with free munchie’s and 2 free drinks included. The hamburgers and chicken were also delicious.

The swimming pool and hot tub. The water looked terribly dirty. The hot tub should be for adults only.

I like coming here at times but this times wasn't a great visit.

I called downstairs to tell them that dirty towels, blankets and sheets were left in the closet and I was told to call housekeeping they Said they would send somebody nobody and never came. That morning some kids pulled the fire alarm and it took almost 30 minutes to turn off. I feel that u should also be an adult swim from 11:30pm to 1:30am we don't want to swim with kids..just a congestion just think about it please.

Embassy is my go-to relax, enjoy family, and friends. My class just recently had our 46 reunion at Embassy Suites. My grandson. Just loves to come swim and hang out with a few friends. It was his birthday this trip, he invited 6 friends to come and celebrate, but only one showed up. Little heart breaking but it was more food for us 3

The room was tired itneeded maintenance work. The shower wall plate and faucet are just about falling off, the bar sink faucet didn't work the water dribbled out, the roller piece below the glass plate in the microwave didn't work because it was missing a roller.

The Embassy is my go to for weekend getaways, family Reunion stays, de-stressor or me time. Always a pleasant experience with a great breakfast and staff.

Paying for parking is highway robbery. Extra charges like that reduce the time and money I used to indulge as a guest with the property

During my recent stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton, I was disappointed with the unfriendly and somewhat rude attitude of the reception staff. Additionally, I noticed that goody bags were given to other guests at check-in, but I was neither offered one nor informed about it. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
