Close proximity to Universal Studios. Just a short bus ride away, $1.75 each way on the 240 bus.

Bit old and rundown, very small room for a family, shower was a bit leaky.

The location to Universal and price based on other hotels/motels offered on booking.com was why I picked El Patio. I was impressed with the layout and decor, felt like a Spanish style (forget term). All was great but for one thing I noticed at all the hotels/motels that I stayed at over the course of 12 days of travel was the floors were dirty. They look clean to the eye but when I wipe up any water splashes from the kids, the paper towel is black. Otherwise this place was VERY clean. The lady at the front desk was so very friendly and kind. Explained everything to me and I didn’t feel uncomfortable or unimportant like a lot of hotels make you feel. She gave me advice to use Lyft or Uber VS bus lines to save on time and efforts to get there. She was so right!!! I really liked this place and would recommend it to ALL. I like that you park right out your door VS stairs, hallways or elevator rides to get to your room. Thanks for your AMAZING hospitality

The room was good size for the price. The hotel had a microwave and a mini fridge which is nice. I only stayed one night and it was close to Universal Studios where we had a two day trip planned to so it was convenient and close by. The price was good for the room the parking was small but was able to manage. I would return.

The two location stop we had to do to get the key card because if we would have went to original location we would have had been charged a double deposit that was priorly paid. But luckily the front desk guy was able to check us in at the first hotel location.

It was near Universal Studios. Very friendly staff. The room was very clean. The housekeeper did a great job keeping our room super clean with lots of towels Thank you

The room was super small. Dead birds on driveway. Lots of bird poop on the ground. They added a $100.00 deposit to the total amount owed when I arrived at this Inn. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and had a giant stain on it

The staff was very nice and gave us great recommendations for our 3-night stay. It was such a great price and very close to Universal Studios. The room was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. Even though the other rooms are close by, we didn't hear any noise from the other rooms. They called me a couple of days pier to our stay and informed us that as long as we arrived before 5 pm we wouldn't need to check in at their other location. We would book with El Patio Inn again.

The parking space is small, but we didn't have a problem because it was cheaper to take an Uber to Universal Studios rather than our car so we didn't need to hassle with the parking situation, but we did see other guests struggling to get out.

Room was clean & comfortable. Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night & scared me!! Still have no idea why?

They charged me an extra $20 for my son to park there even though there was only 2 rooms full. I really think they could have allowed him to park for free for the 2 hours needed. No one else was there

I liked how everyone was super nice I did have to check in to the other hotel where the guy was nice and told us about the metro and giving us information so the trip will be a blast. He was super funny and nice. The lady at the other hotel as well she was very nice the rooms where clean and beautiful. I would most recommend this hotel to stay at.

Just the dip in the entrance. It's very low so becaful an scraping the bottom of the car

Staff was very helpful and kind. The room was small but comfortable. The price was great for the location. Very quiet and clean.

Only downside was the parking but staff even helped guide us in a spot that we fit. ( large truck in compact parking)

Room was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. It's a no frills but clean and comfortable hotel for a short stay. You do have to check in at a different property but that is explained throughout the booking process. It was very close by and they do still have someone at the property to give you towels or whatever you may need until 7pm.

The parking was VERY tight for my big truck. The rooms are small.

Was able to come in earlier then 3pm and be attended by someone at the inn, very quiet area, mini fridge and microwave in room, comfortable beds with option of a warm blanket or a comforter.
