We really enjoyed the stay at Holiday inn! The front desk checked us in early at 12 because the room was available. It was a huge favor for us after a 24 hours trip from Hanoi Vietnam to LA! All staff were very friendly and kind. We also used the guest laundry and the fitness room. We will definitely stay here again!

The parking fee could be a little bit cheaper.

The shower didn’t drain well at all. Standing water within 1-2 minutes of a shower.

The location to the Hollywood Bowl and to Hollywood Blvd is what attracted us to the hotel. However after staying there several times now, we would never consider anywhere else. The staff are top notch as far a efficiency, friendliness and eagerness to please. The Valet people are absolutely wonderful. They are always friendly and pleasant. They quickly retrieve your car when needed and maintain very professional service not matter what the weather is like.

Great location, especially for the Bowl. We’ve stayed here before because it’s such an easy walk to the Bowl and then you don’t have to deal with parking or anything. Check in/out are quick and easy, all the staff here are really friendly! The rooms (poolside at least) are very quiet.

The bathroom light kept turning on and off randomly which was a bit creepy in the middle of the night. We’ve stayed here before but this time the room felt a little less clean.

The hotel was very clean and nice. It is a very easy walk to the Hollywood Bowl so we walked to and from the show instead of dealing with parking or Ubers. We plan to stay here again this summer for the next show at the Bowl that we’re going to. We were on the pool side so there was no street noise which was nice!

The hallway was very loud and the gap under the door was kind of big so the light from the hallway lit up the room all night.

Great place to stay when attending a concert at the Hollywood bowl. Parking was $50 with in and out. The room was just as pictured. Bed was comfy. Road noise was present but keeping the fan on and earplugs made it a great sleep.

We were given an accessibility room and the shower was so low and couldn’t be moved up. The shower drained into the bathroom and filled it with water. Elevator was slow, especially after the show.

There were several issues with the room with things that didn’t function, but they made everything right, and made sure I felt satisfied. When I wasn’t feeling well, the front desk person sent up tea without being asked and followed up to make sure I was ok. It felt more like being at a small place than a corporate hotel.

Pretty well located. Very attentive staff and excellent cleaning services.

The my don’t really offer the breakfast option. The do have a Fridays restaurant that offers the option but it’s not like to have the regular breakfast hotel menus. The parking option I found it very expensive.

Next to the avenue of glory, the parking lot is comfortable and all the staff very helpful and kind.

I loved the breakfast options as long as we went when it wasn't busy. The staff were friendly and helpful as well as the room very comfortable.

I didn't like that the only option in parking was through valet parking. It would have been nice to park our car ourselves and not feel rushed to exit my vehicle. I also didn't enjoy the heavy traffic and how hard it was to get out of the parking lot at times, but that's not the hotels fault.
