We really enjoyed the stay at Holiday inn! The front desk checked us in early at 12 because the room was available. It was a huge favor for us after a 24 hours trip from Hanoi Vietnam to LA! All staff were very friendly and kind. We also used the guest laundry and the fitness room. We will definitely stay here again!

The parking fee could be a little bit cheaper.

The shower didn’t drain well at all. Standing water within 1-2 minutes of a shower.

Next to the avenue of glory, the parking lot is comfortable and all the staff very helpful and kind.

Great place to stay when attending a concert at the Hollywood bowl. Parking was $50 with in and out. The room was just as pictured. Bed was comfy. Road noise was present but keeping the fan on and earplugs made it a great sleep.

We were given an accessibility room and the shower was so low and couldn’t be moved up. The shower drained into the bathroom and filled it with water. Elevator was slow, especially after the show.

There were several issues with the room with things that didn’t function, but they made everything right, and made sure I felt satisfied. When I wasn’t feeling well, the front desk person sent up tea without being asked and followed up to make sure I was ok. It felt more like being at a small place than a corporate hotel.

I loved the breakfast options as long as we went when it wasn't busy. The staff were friendly and helpful as well as the room very comfortable.

I didn't like that the only option in parking was through valet parking. It would have been nice to park our car ourselves and not feel rushed to exit my vehicle. I also didn't enjoy the heavy traffic and how hard it was to get out of the parking lot at times, but that's not the hotels fault.

The my don’t really offer the breakfast option. The do have a Fridays restaurant that offers the option but it’s not like to have the regular breakfast hotel menus. The parking option I found it very expensive.

Location was great, we could walk everywhere. The restaurant in the hotel and the market were very convenient.

The price was very expensive for one night. The valet parking is a crazy price, $45 plus I had a $4.50 fee for something. You can't beat the location, but the parking should be lower than that. I saw one review that breakfast was included at one point, that would make the price more worth it too.

The hotel was in the perfect location I also loved the pool and jacuzzi my room was lovely and spacey my mattress got changed the second day there even more comfortable nights sleep I loved that there was also TGI fridays joined to the hotel

Any issues I had the staff quickly sorted it out for me so no complaints from me.

No problems, booked, paid, check in all good. Room had everything you need, whole hotel very clean. Nice pool area, only negative is the hot tub, very over chlorinated, stayed in there for 45 minutes, skin started to burn and swimwear had been dyed of colour.
