I like the fact that just a few steps off the property as many choices for food like, Wendy’s ,In-N-Out Not to mention, but Denny’s is literally 5 feet from it . And it has good access. It’s right off the freeway. I had to stay for a couple extra nights so I had to re-order the room. The staff was cool about it and let me keep my room no problems.

There’s not too much parking in the front so if you get a room facing the front, you might not be able to see your car if you have park in the back. Only other problem is it’s three stories I believe so if you don’t like walking, it’s kind of a walk to get your room

I really enjoyed the room. It was very clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the wifi and TV channels. The bathroom and shower were clean. The pool and hot tub looked very clean also. Complementary coffee was good.

The complimentary breakfast. They didn't have fresh scramble eggs and bacon nor hash brown. Just a heated up from the microwave, a vacuumed packed meal with toast, yougurt waffles, and pastries. Need to also have a better variety of fruit.

Great location everything worked out great close to the freeway and to the convention center and airport. Stayed for an event at the convention center and was able just to walk there so we didn’t have to pay any parking at the convention center. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was really clean and updated, I really like that they have a microwave and a mini fridge really convenient, a Denny’s restaurant at walking distance open 24/7 the pool and jacuzzi is a plus

The downside is that they open the pool and jacuzzi in till 10:00 am, too late!!, 8 am will be much more better. The mattress a little hard to me, they need a better mattress

Location was perfect, easy access to freeway. Not a lot of food places but quiet.

Stairs. need more stairs. we stayed at the south side of hotel. We had to walk to the front of the building to walk around the building to get to our car. Need a better selection for breakfast.

Jacuzzi; Maids were really nice. We left a $9.00 tip for them at the front desk, and do hope that it was given to them.

The pool was so cold. It would have been great to swim in a heated/warm pool. The front desk lady with the glasses was not inviting at all, and when we asked questions about if the jacuzzi was operable and if the pool was warm, she answered that she didn’t know (even though she stated that she had worked there for 7 years). Once my sister mentioned that we should try looking for another place to stay, then her attitude towards us had changed. Also, the breakfast sandwiches were cold on the inside (even though it appeared that they had been warmed).

I liked it’s proximity to my sisters location at assisted living at Brookdale North Euclid. First time I’ve visited her there. All went smoothly, thank you! I plan on staying again!

It’s also close to a Restaurant. I especially liked having free breakfast at Quality Inn as well, thank you!

It is a very nice hotel and the room was very comfortable and clean, very good quality. It is easy to have a meal because of all the restaurants in walking proximity to the hotel.

The breakfast was very simple and just not good. I expected more based on all the other qualities of the hotel.

The room had a fridge and microwave. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the pillows were super soft. The staff was very nice and the property has cameras in the parking lot.

The free breakfast was very busy, but it was good. I liked the options that were available. The overall cost was very affordable for just one night. For anyone staying by the airport, it's a very convenient low cost option that was comfortable and clean.
