I really apprecciate the comfort of the room and the kindness of the staff, who were always welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast options were limited and items were pre-made rathen than freshly prepared. A wider variety and fresher choices have made the experience even better.

Really liked, the stay here. The beds were comfortable. The room was really clean. The shower was amazing. The huge bathroom cleaned, and the pool was excellent. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Recommend this place.

Room was clean Breakfast was alright, potatoes was a little dry,apple juice and orange juice was too sweet. Need regular syrup for waffles instead chocolate

The housekeeper kept knocking on the door when it wasn't even time to leave yet. She came at 7:30 and at 9am. Mini fridge was not working

The location and facilities were excellent as were the staff. Cleanliness was good. The included breakfast was good (see exception below)

Over priced and they charged $10 per day extra for parking. This is attached to a major shopping center with plenty of lit and patrolled free parking, but if you want to park near your room, it is $10 extra. TERRIBLE especially for what they charge for a room. Good breakfast but on the second day, they had really good Southern Biscuits BUT NO GRAVY!! WHY?

The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The pool was nice and it was heated. The breakfast was perfect.

The location was close to everything, but the hotel sits behind a Walmart and there were multiple homeless people around the hotel. The room was clean. but dusty and the shower pressure was horrible in the room. It was tough to take a shower and get wet I ended up washing my hair in the bathrooom sink.

Room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also very good. Location was kind of different.

Extra charge to park vehicle. Felt like an upcharge. Most people who use a motel arrive by personal car. Why not raise rate by $10? It felt like something a mom & pop motel would do, not Hilton. $10 a day parking made me feel taken advantage of. Boo.

The free breakfast had a great selection and plenty of space to enjoy your meal each morning.

The rooms were limited in options. The hotel never seemed crowded, but the parking was kind of a mess. The front of the hotel is kind of in a weird spot for guests to visit. The pool is pretty small and there isn't any laundry on site.

We went to Thousand Oaks for a Cal Luthern swim meet on a Saturday AM. Arrived after midnight, checked out at 7:30AM. So we are not a good couple to provide much feedback. The facility was in the right location for us, clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Convenient location, friendly and helpful front desk, especially at night. Jeff was cognizant of our needs as we were experiencing a medical emergency for a family member. He is an exceptional employee .

I am 4’11” and the bed was too high. Toilet too low

Adequate king room. Ample space to relax in the room.

$20/nite parking in a shared lot with Walmart and a large shopping center. Really taking advantage on the billing.
