Since the last time we came it’s been remodeled

I didn’t like that I had the do not disturb sign on the door, and the housekeeper lady still came in after I seen her in the hall way and even told her not to come in my room. I even got a phone call asking if they can come in my room and I said No. They still came in.

Everything was great , people were great room was great, location was great.

There was no coffee or coffee maker in our room, or in the lobby. Even if there was a coffee vending great machine with the other vending machine, that would have been better than none.

My room was large, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The AC worked great, and cooled the room down quickly. I found the staff friendly. The location was convenient to my work location that day.

No issues, really.

The 1st floor rooms are all redecorated with a great feeling, beautiful showers, curtains, ect. Unfortunately these rooms were all booked when I asked at check in.

Nice hotel that is being upgraded and the location was perfect for us with quick access to Ojai and Ventura.

The pool looked clean...but the jacuzzi was not.

They are actively upgrading the hotel, which is very nice.

In process with the updates, but will be great when they are complete.

Very clean. Beds comfortable. Cable TV and very fast WIFI. Great shower.

No coffee machine. Sink was also slow to empty which we reported.

Metal foot boards that mattress sits on. Couldn't help kicking it with your feet.
