A lovely, cozy town, great for a family weekend. Safe evening walks, priceless for us, losangelinos. The hotel is in the heart of Downtown. Cozy, clean rooms, everything works, impeccably.

I didn't know the hotel had breakfast, but it was offered to us. However, breakfast is too strong a word. Coffee, tea, croissants, apples, bananas, orange juice. No milk, no cereal, no sausages, no cheese. I have no complaints, it was still very nice and very welcome. But I would simply call it "morning coffee". And by the way, it would be cool to have citrus jam or honey, for which the area is famous.

This was perfect! I was looking for something affordable, safe, and within walking distance to restaurants for just one night. I got all of those and more. The bed was so comfortable and I slept so well that I overslept the following morning. That is something I never do. It was also very quiet, I was never woken up, something that happens often to this light sleeper. In addition to all this, this hotel is so cute and I had an amazing view of the mountains. I got more than I was expecting and I will definitely be staying again.

It would be hard to find something I didn't like, I guess if had to say, the tv channels available were limited. This isn't a big deal for me, but I know that it might be for others.

I loved the quaintness of this old hotel. Very charming, nice comfortable rooms with microwave and fridge and patio areas. The location was great, right next to Main Street old town Santa Paula, where there are many neat shops, restaurants, pubs, etc.

I was disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. That is usually standard. Some like to have coffee earlier in their room, instead of waiting and having to go get the coffee in the lobby.

I loved staying here. I'm born and raised Santa Paula but live in La now so I actually had a reason to stay at this little inn and I absolutely loved it. its quiet, the manager was super cool and friendly very accommodating.

there doing maintenance and upgrades so it was not their fault entirely and they did change me to a bigger and better room I felt like I was in a studio apartment lol but the first room I stayed the shower kept leaking . again they where doing maintenance and fixed it

Clean and comfortable location near our destination in Ohai. The building is charming and we appriciated the effort and conditions of the room. The bed was super comfortable! The shower had great flow and plenty of warm water.

We had room 14 and I forgot to mention that the drain was slow in the bathroom sink. However since we had a nice kitchen sink, that we used instead. The microwave and fridge are handy too.

The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. The Inn was historic and very cute. The bathrooms were updated but the room itself had a historic feel to it. The bed was comfortable. The Inn is close to restaurants.

There is no dresser in the room so your close must stay in your suitcase. I wish that there was plain oatmeal without sugar available for the continental breakfast.

I appreciated the convenient location close to historical landmarks, museums, and restaurants.

The continental breakfast could have had a wider variety of items. Only bread and orange juice. Once there was not even coffee. On the upside, I tried some of the local restaurant breakfasts. Rabalais down the block was the best.

The inn is in a historic building and had cozy decor in the entry and hallways. They had a nice patio outside for sitting and having a coffee. The rooms were simple and clean. Around the corner from downtown shops and really great restaurants.

It would be a nice upgrade to add a small coffeemaker since they had a fridge and microwave in the room. The area where the morning coffee is provided would make a great breakfast and sitting area. It was used for storage and could be a great addition to the inn and guest experience.

Close to Main Street and Harvard with easy access to restaurants, nice size room and onsite parking. A very short drive to get on to the 126 fwy. Always a pleasant stay when I have to work in the area. The fridge and microwave always come in handy.

Need an available outlet to plug in computer at or near the desk. Both were plugged in to something.

This property was very cozy and warm. We stayed up stairs and it was very quiet no noises. The only thing was the bed was too small for 6 ft tall person. Other than that we liked our stay. This hotel has a very safe parking lot at the back for your vehicles. Also it has cameras around the hotel, and inside the hallways I felt safe.

What I did not like was that the property didn’t had an elevator it was a little challenging carrying luggages.
