I enjoyed the breakfast food

We had to change rooms twice. The first time was because the temperature was very cold the uncommon irritating noise from the vent ,we were told that the temperature couldn't be adjusted therefore we were given a heater to keep us warm also there was an endless water gussing sound coming from the vent that sounded as if we were deep under water. Afterwards we were issued another room but it smelled of smoke and was very stale and dark there so we were placed in the second room.The cold and the noise in the first room interrupted our rest and sleep.

Staff members at front desk were all great offering background information about the hotel. Great referrals to restaurants and shopping mall nearby.

The buffet was fair but no fresh fruit like bananas apples nor oranges. The waffles were pre-made and hard as rock. Eggs were great and meats were well cooked and kept warm. Coffee was pretty muddy. For the price per night of 150 dollars for two with old rooms and commode running all night could really be improved. Love the people working there!!!

Friendly staff and great price for the value of the place it’s worth the money to me and the staff is great has indoor poor and hot tub and fitness room an a bar open on weekends. Ans have food as well.

Don’t like that the fact that when you stay in the above floors that are always hot. Like it was - 16 outside and was on second floor didnt run the heater or a/c. But could have w ran the a/ c and it been fine. But it’s okay Im just a light sleeper and hard to sleep when get hot.

I loved the fact I could walk around still be indoors because it was cold and if me and the babies wanted out of the room for a while it was big enough to walk around indoors. Loved the face that the pool and hot tub was indoors as well. Even tho I did not use it I sure wanted to. Maybe next time. I have 9 month old twins so I dont get alot of relax time LOL. I also loved the fact they had a buffett breakfast every day with eggs bacon frenchtoast hashbrowns the whole nine yards. I was there at the hotel for over a week and enjoyed my stay. Oh and also located with in walking distance to many stores resturants and more

The room was on the bottom floor and easily accessible from the front door!! The bed was comfortable but not enough pillows for sleeping - we asked for more pillows and received them in a timely manner!!

The heating &cooling system would not work - it was 83 in the room when we arrived and no one would come to show us how to use the thermostat. We finally turned it off and left it off The Noise from outside the hotel was horrible all night long.

Great place Going back Nicer staff could be used and that speaks English and are very adamant about cleaning the rooms everyday and will wait until I leave

A staff member hung up on me when I asked for help and the cleaning lady didn’t speak English so I couldn’t get anything

First room was supper hot, the Lady at the desk took care of me immediately! Room was nice enough, clean and gave me few night of not sleeping in my car.

That there was four trash cans catching water coming out of the ceiling across from my room, had to listen to water dripping all night!

I liked that my room was at the end of the hall. I liked that I had the room I had before, so I knew where to go and what to expect. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet for the most part until the next morning.

I didn't like the young child who woke us up at 5:30 a.m. whining and crying at the top of her lungs. Other than this issue which was out of the hotel control it was perfect.

I liked the way the hotel was decorated, it was very elegant. My room was very nice.

My room key lit up entrance A but the door wouldn’t open so we had to walk around to the front door in the cold, because there was no parking spots near the main entrance. The bathroom was a little awkwardly laid out, the toilet paper holder was to the right and kind of behind you so you had to turn sharp to get toilet paper.

Breakfast was good. It was a Saturday basic hot buffet only (no menu or other choices) which cost $12. Facilities is older but overall good condition and clean.

A good overall facility and stay. However, I was put in a particular wing whose access was through a small ice machine room with doors which proved to be very tight for a luggage valet cart. Other wings did not have this problem. Just the roll of the dice.
