The room was clean and the facility was decent. The staff were very attentive. There was a Coast Guard festival and we had no idea had to navigate the crowds and traffic. The manager/clerk gave us great information on how to utilize the shuttle system to visit the waterfront for fireworks and music. The breakfast was very good, too.

For the past 20 years when we come to town to visit family we have chosen this hotel to stay at. It has always been clean and well maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

The parking lot could use lights at the north and south ends of the main building. Especially at the north end it has a very creepy vibe. I did mention this to the front desk manager when we checked in and were designated a room off the main hotel at the north end. She was very nice and arranged to move us to a room in the main building, which I very much appreciated.

Location is great, the included breakfast is nice as well.

The a/c units in the room could use an upgrade. Not only are they really loud, it did not take the humidity out of the room for quite some time. The room was damp feeling and warm when we checked in- but it took almost a full day to reduce the room temp and humidity.

There was enough towels for the hot tub and the shower. The hot tub next to the bed.

The hair dryer wasn't working, the room was cold when we got in and had to wait almost an hour to warm up. The headboard had something smeared and it, and the TV selection is bad. They should leave the smart feature on the TV so you can connect to your accounts or cast from your phone.

The bang for your buck was worth it. Less than 10 min drive to downtown Grand Haven and the beach. Very comfortable! They have free breakfast, we didn’t utilize but did grab some things for snack. Pool was great, our daughter loved it!

Carpet wasn’t thoroughly clean, but still worth the stay.

The property is beautiful. We opted for a room with a Jacuzzi tub in the room which was an incredible amenity to enjoy. Establishments near by were also enjoyable for dining etc

When we arrived our tv in our room was broken. It took a little bit but staff was able to swap it out with another one.

The hotel was very clean including the pool area. The shower was awesome.

When we checked in at 4:00 there was no one at the front desk. A couple came in after us and we waited and waited. The woman finally called the hotel to tell them they had guests waiting to check in. The toilet in the bathroom flushed SO loudly.

Clean… workers very polite

Breakfast … I guess I changes daily and Sunday mornings unless you enjoy carbs your only option is cold boiled eggs 🙁. It’s likely because Saturday brings the largest crowd and serving scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage aren’t practical. We had to find a restaurant for breakfast and thankfully it was fantastic 10 stars for Two Yolks cafe

The hotel is very clean and well run. My room was very clean. All the staff (front desk, housekeeping, food service) were clearly present, friendly and helpful. They also were very knowledgeable of local locations and events.

The sign for maid service was not noticed until the second day. I didn't know we had to request it. It would be nice if this were told to guests while checking in.
