Outdoor pool and close to restaurants and Walmart.

Cleaning staff member told front desk we were checking out early when were not. Room 147. Cleaning staff member later knocked on our door again and we told her we were going out in 40 minutes, and if she could come back then. She mumbled she would be doing something else in 40 minutes as she was walking away. Was not respectful way of communicating with us. Our only bad moment of our stay. Other than that we were happy to be staying there.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the place, comfy beds and bedding and the great breakfast!

We waited at the front desk for close to 10 min when we were checking in, because there was no one at the desk. We had just come off of a long drive and just wanted to get in the room! I eventually knocked on a door that said employees only, hoping to find someone to help us. The front desk person was coming down the hall as I was doing that, and instead of apologizing, she gave us a major attitude.

Comfy bed. Clean. There is a pool. Short drive to mall and historic downtown. Close to interstate. Nice little pool and lawn area for the kids to play ball.

Breakfast was a sad story like in all chain hotels that offer free breakfast. I was surprised to see so many guests with dogs. I hope they have specific rooms for those. Also there was a connecting door to the room next door which of course lets more sound through.

The hotel is in a a great location. It is close to Oneonta College and many stores and downtown. The breakfast is very good we always enjoy it, especially when grabbing a quick meal and it's free. Staff are very friendly.

I think it needs to be updated. The shower needs new caulking and moving body soap into the shower would be better. The mattress is too soft for me but others may like that. I think it just needs updating but over clean and a good price

The room was spacious, and very clean generous amenities. Bed comfortable. Buffet breakfast very nice!

Would have given higher rating. We were in a room facing the pool. The outdoor lighting around pool area was VERY BRIGHT!!! Could just about read because the room was so bright!! Darkening curtains would be helpful!! We didn’t sleep well.

We loved the lighting in the room; especially the bathroom, as well as the water pressure. We also liked the breakfast, which was plentiful and good. The location was convenient for our needs as well.

The overall look of the hotel, though very clean, was "well-worn". Also, the lighting in the hallways left a bit to be desired. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. I wish the lounge was open, but it was being renovated (which is a good thing).

Cleanliness and Safety are what I look for in a hotel especially when traveling alone. The room was perfect for my one-week stay in Cooperstown. The price was just right for my budget so I was worried about quality but it exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

quiet, clean, kind of retro

The typical breakfast was included but it was rather limited. we were there 2 mornings. it was exactly the same. After breakfast 2nd morning we wanted to relax an hour before check out and long ride home. Housekeeping had already entered our room and stripped beds. we had not checked out yet!

It is very close to Oneonta college along with stores, downtown and restaurants. It's easy to find and on main road. We like that breakfast is also included

We often find the rooms to smell a bit musty. It's the biggest reason I often prefer often not to stay.

Clean! This hotel was clean. It could use some updating but unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at with carpeting it did not feel dirty and even smelled great!!
