The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, lots of variety, hot and cold items, something new every day. The location was excellent, there were several restaurants within walking distance.

It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The pool was closed for remodeling. We were there for a very busy weekend and he hotel was short on staff for room cleaning, but staff did the best they could with what they had.

The staff were some of the nicest hotel staff I have ever talked to, they were amazing with accommodations. And the breakfast was really well stocked, nothing was ever out or missing.

The pool was completely blocked off and looked to be under construction, but this was never mentioned by anyone in person or on the website, there was even duct tape cover the word pool and the arrow on the signs in the hallways

Beds are very comfortable.

Since I am an older citizen with back and leg issues, I find the toilets are too low and difficult to sit down and get up from. Otherwise clean, tidy and very nicely decorated. My daughter who is 30 years younger also found the toilet height difficult. Comfort height toilets are the answer to this issue.

The location was perfect for our plans.

stated a swimming pool that was removed in 2023, but noted on the website.

Amanda, Tessie, Lee & KD...all professional. All so sweet! I'd come back to see them again! Loved the location! Restaurants, mall, shopping close by. Convenient!

For a Hampton Inn it was dated! No fan in bathrooms. Furniture in our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. There was gum on the carpet that one of my shoes got stuck on. Our closet door came off its track & remained unbalanced. Toilet seat was loose.

The Staff last Nighy at check in were very friendly and care about there job. The breakfast was amazing. Very clean rooms

Could have been a fridge or microwave in the room. Other than that the place is a solid 9

I thought the hotel was in a good location and the free breakfast was great and the variety of restaurants around the city was great.

The luggage cart was very hard for my wife to push and guide, because I am confined to a wheelchair.

The room was great! Nice and clean. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in a hotel. Staff were really nice and helpful!! Close to alot of things, including the beach with a beautiful sunset!! It's just right down the road!!

I felt that maybe housekeeping could've cleaned up the hallways and glass doors a little better. I'm in that line of work myself so things like that stick out to me.

Great location for the wedding we were.going to and room was spacious. All five of us were comfortable (3 children).

We ended up in a Accessible room for someone with disabilities which wouldn't have been too bad except the floor was flat in shower. So once you ran water you needed to but towels down to keep it from running under door and onto the carpet.
