Breakfast had many great options! Yogurt was empty by 9:40 Sunday, but to be expected after a busy weekend. Waffle makers are a big plus but maintenance man seemed to take it away before I was finished making my waffles around 9:55. Not complaining about that as I have worked in restaurants for 7 years and I know he wants to make sure people don't utilize breakfast after the 10am close. Bathroom and main room were very clean and had everything we needed. Staff seemed helpful with any questions and a quick check in/ check out!

Our room was by the staircase and was very loud at certain times at night/ in the morning. Honestly wasn't too bad, but it did wake me up a few times. I am used to getting up for work at 7am, so it wasn't a huge deal to me and my girlfriend! Room didn't have tea, but had both selections of coffee and that was perfect for me.

The entry was landscaped with gorgeous roses. These could also be seen from the breakfast area. Very satisfactory breakfast offerings. The waiting area near the desk was very attractive.

The king bed in our room was pushed against a kitchenette counter so that side of the bed had to be accessed by climbing from the bottom of the bed.

I would have liked a bedside table lamp. The light switches are too inconvenient when in bed. My sleep was disturbed by the room next door by either talking or the TV.

Staff was excellent. Anything we needed during our week long stay was addressed immediately. The daily breakfast was excellent 👌

The hotel was just another hotel. The staff made this hotel shine. A huge Thank You to Jazzmin and Rashad. Jazzmin was so kind and made sure we got checked in without issue. Rashad made the stay a million times better. He was attentive, caring, and made us feel like we were safe. As if we were staying at a friend's house.

The shower head was broken.

Easy check in,and staff Alexis was absolutely gorgeous and extremely polite

Carpet was a little nasty. I was in first floor and at 530am someone at front desk area was extremely loud.

The front desk person was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was a plus and good. Good price also.

Bathroom sink drained a little slow. Other than that everything else was good.
