I loved the fact that when I got there, we were immediately welcomed by an amazing staff member who was very considerate. We ended up getting a FREE upgrade to a jacuzzi suite, when we came in thinking we were gonna get just a normal king sized room. The bed was very comfy. Great set of blackout curtains. Everything was very neat and orderly when it came to the organization of the room materials and facilities. I would 100% stay at this hotel again!!!

Surrounding area was pretty loud. Right by Pacific Hwy.

We stayed in the efficiency king suite with the kitchen and seperate bedroom. This worked perfectly for me as it allowed me to remote work while my S.O. was sleeping. They provided pans and a full kitchen without the oven. It was very nice.

Rooms are not sound proof so i was a little annoyed with the noise at some points but it was not a constant thing and to be expected

Sufficient breakfast.

In the middle of the night, the room light turned on. Both of us were in our beds. The only way to turn that light on was to flip the switch at the door. We did not use the security latch... so someone could have opened the door and flipped the same switch to turn on the room light... revealing us in bed sleeping... then exited the room. Now I will ALWAYS use that security Latch.

Breakfast - The make-yourself-fresh waffles with blueberries and strawberries were great. Cream cheese for toast was a nice addition. Just don't eat the hot food. The room was clean, beds were good. The check-in young woman (forgot her name) was amazing, friendly and on her break, we had a lovely chat. The staff was wonderful generally.

Breakfast eggs, sausages, and hashbrowns were processed food. Ah, it wasn't enjoyable. I choked on the hashbrowns, the eggs were wet and from liquid cooked in a microwave, and I don't eat meat. The coffee was to be missed. The sound of the fan in the bathroom was loud, but you didn't have to use it to use the facilities, just left the door open.

Breakfast was amazing, such a variety of food and very flavorful. The room was clean and comfy, and it was close to an exit which made it more convenient to bring our luggage in and in the morning take it out to our car.

The portable crib was missing a loop on the bottom to keep it flat and we weren't able to use it. But we slept fine without it. The baby slept with mom and dad.

The staff, continental breakfast and room where wonderful; though our bathroom door stuck. My only complaint would be the hot tub & pool water itself looked kinda gross. Also the front desk was amazing at fixing our tv.

Bed sheet wear & tear. My daughter and I were sharing a king bed and the sheets on her side of the bed were really worn and rough. Might want to think about replacement of some bed sheets.

The jacuzzi was wonderful. The breakfast was good. We both found agreeable items. The room was clean. I slept well, but my wife thought the bed should have been a little softer. (Go figure) And your property is situated so conveniently for both north and south bound traffic from the freeway. We'll be back.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice pool & hot tub, although it was quite crowded nearly all the time. I appreciate the coffee & tea bar that is always available. What exceeded my expectations was when I left my dog show ribbons in the room, the housekeeper was so kind as to bring them to the front desk, desk clerk called me, and the manager sent them to me the next day with a sweet note congratulating me on my dog show wins. I will absolutely stay there each time I’m in Albany for a dog show!

Complimentary breakfast was nice. Bed was comfy. Love the shower head & hot water!!! Mostly friendly staff. Love the space of the king suite and animal friendly for our dog.

Not the cleanest or gussiest. It is pet friendly, so understandable. TV not set up for streaming or smart TV. No gym. Pillows are on the wimpy side.

Sarah at the front desk was extremely helpful in helping me get a room booked that I accidentally booked on the wrong date thru a 3rd party app. Forever grateful that I was able to get a room that night. Thank you again!

Everything was great minus the noise from the cars late at night. Woke us up a few times but we didn't know the inn was on such a busy street. Not their fault but the excellent service far exceeds the outside traffic noise. Will definitely book again next time we're in that area
