Location and look..

Housekeeping knocking on the door at 10am asking us if we were checking out but check out was not until 12pm and then coming back at 10:30am and peering into the window and knocking on the door again asking us if we were checking out again.. umm checkout was not till 12pm. Also food was Luke warm. As well as the beverages that were supposed to be to be hot. Oh yeah little flies in the bathroom area. And yes I have pictures..

Clean comfortable

Enjoyed the convenience of pulling up right in front of our room. the breakfast in the morning was very nice. it was the first time we had gotten scrambled eggs vice reheated pre-made "omelets". The rest of the breakfast was also nice. Enjoyed the waffles as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You knew you were back in the south. It oozed with hospitality!

The room was a bit musty smelling. The A/C was running, but due to the age of the carpet, etc, it had a bit of an odor. It was less noticeable after a short while there.

There was a big thing that stuck out at this hotel, we left our 4 year old's security blanket in the room. We didn't realize this until way later that afternoon so I called the front desk and asked if they had found it. The lady told me that no one had turned one in but she would check and if she needed to she would go to the room herself. We traveled back to the motel and when I walked into the front lobby she had it waiting there for me. We really appreciated her taking care of that for us.

Heidi exceeded expectations with our breakfast. It was delicious and the area was kept very clean. We would stay here again for sure! Thank you, guys, for serving up such a variety and saving us money on going elsewhere for breakfast. Thank you, Jessica, at the front desk for your helpful tips of where to visit!

The location is right off the interstate, which is good and bad. At times, it was loud but the bed was so comfy we fell asleep hard and didn't hear a thing!

When the hotel tried charging me again when I paid in full at the time of booking, staff took his time to call and get it all straightened out. It was a peaceful stay and the breakfast was amazing. I e paid more for a hotel and had less.

Some cleanliness issues but nothing extreme.

The Mexican restaurant was fantastic, we ate there the first night we arrived. The inn was close to downtown but not right on top it. Price was reasonable.

I wish they had an elevator as we were on the second floor. I thought they had a vending machine even though there was a Shell gas station practically in the parking lot.

Everything! The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast offered, etc

The biscuits would disintegrate into a powder basically. Need a water spray bottle near them with instructions to moisten before heating in microwave for a better outcome.

East to call ahead and pay for rooms where some of my family was arriving earlier than me. Staff was friendly. Bed were firm and comfortable. Quiet and family oriented

Wish breakfast from 6-10 would be fresh all way through as some my party slept in and when they woke up at 9 said there wasn’t much left and not fresh. A lot of people lingering in the parking lot throughout the day that made some of my family uncomfortable. Told front desk and not much they could do.

Clean, good breakfast, El Paso

Son is handicapped. Fell in to the tub possibly breaking some ribs or bruising them. It would be good to have a walk in shower with a sliding door.
