Did not try the breakfast as I think it should be included in the $200+ room!

To be frank the parking sucked--especially on Friday night. We came back to room at 7:00pm and drove around for 10 minutes or so and NO parking available. We departed and went to a long dinner and came back at 9:00pm and again NO parking available. I went inside to desk and asked them about underground and it was full so I asked just where in the heck we are supposed to park!! One of the clerks offered his parking space and went outside with us and just as he was getting to his vehicle a place opened up. Great facility you have there but the parking needs improved!! I'm sure we are not the first of your customers to complain with the set up as it is so am interested in your response if any with corrections.

Clean rooms. Spacious. Bluetooth key via Hilton app, so I didn't even have to go to the front desk at all to check in. Nice bar/restaurant inside, but several competing restaurants in the same entertainment complex! Smart TVs allowed me to cast my YouTube account to it.

I actually did have to visit the front desk for small bills so I could tip the housekeeping staff in cash, but they didn't have any tipping envelopes. Instead they directed me to a QR code for tipping. I imagine this is some after tip jar kind of thing, but I wanted to personally thank my housekeeping staff so I left the cash for them in my room as I would normally do.

Breakfast available but not included. Very small pool for such a big hotel. Directly across from Police headquarters so felt very safe. Wonderful grounds, three nice restaurants a stones throw away, big pond with water fountain light show, plenty of area to walk and peruse the grounds. Underground parking available as was key during my stay due to possibility of golf ball size hail.

Had to be a Hilton rewards member to use wifi? No coffee anywhere in the lobby. Breakfast available but not included.

The location was great, lots to do around the hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and kind. The pool was also very clean. Overall, it was a great experience.

Everything went fine, and I don't have any big complaints about the hotel or the location whatsoever. The only thing I would change is to extend the breakfast hours, perhaps to 11, to have an opportunity to go and get some.

Staff was fantastic. Location w the restaurants near by was Awesome. Great setup.

Fire alarm warning lights kept us up v late. Strobe light effect. Bad. I couldn’t get into the breakfast room w my key and after I did get in, not v good food. Sry. Just being honest. Parking was v tough , but it was July 4th weekend.

1 - The property is in a great location, close to restaurants and attractions. We really enjoyed the light show and the atmosphere. The lake is a great view.

Fortunately everything was up to our standards, we don’t have any complaints about our stay.

Parking was horrible. They should really consider monitoring the underground parking for hotel members only.

I loved the location and the hotel is very nice. There is a lot of entertainment around and the Epic water park is super fun for the kids. Great view and shopping near by.

Beautiful property. Conveniently located. Wonderful staff. Everything was pristine ! Will definitely stay again when visiting the area.
