What we liked was the front office very polite, room was clean and housekeeping lady very nice and polite also.

What we didn't liked was the lady at the breakfast bar, She was very rude. My husband was asking her a question and she wouldn't answer him so he spoke to her in Spanish and still wouldn't answer she just made a gesture. So I told her Thank you!! Have some manners 😌

We had DND sign on door. Housekeeping saw us leaving and we said no service as we left. When we got back later, she had turned down bed and cleaned up with fresh towels. Sign was on there for a reason. That most definitely means NO Housekeeping needed. Didn't like that!

Lupita was awesome. Great breakfast with personal service.karen in front office was extremely helpful. There is nothing that could be improved. We were allowed to bring our 4 legged babies and tried very hard to be exceptional guests.

There was nothing that we didn't like. I did think that the handrails in the shower should have been at the other end so that you wouldn't have to get in under the water stream. I am elderly and it felt unsafe.

Location was great. Rooms were comfortable and place was quiet. Most of staff members were pleasant and helpful.

Limited options for vegetarian at breakfast. Young staff member at night check it needs some more customer service training. Room was not cleaned after a certain time. Informed front desk and still was not cleaned. Room service needs to do a lot better . No replacement of toilet tissue or soap.

Fire alarm going off every morning at 7am. Pretty scary knowing we are approaching hurricane season. I’m sure this is also for hurricane and other alarms. Better to be safe then sorry. But a warning would have been nice.

The location was awesome. We were close to multiple different beaches. The small town had a delicious selection of food as well.

There wasn’t anything I could think of besides noisy kids I didn’t like about the property, however of course that’s nothing to do with the hotel itself. Just ignorant parenting.

Room is very nice. Wonderful Breakfast! Staff is fantastic. I was outside drinking coffee in the morning and the manager came out and talked with me for 15 minutes and we discussed my stay. Very friendly

Luggage cart has flats and somewhat difficult to move around but not bad

Comfy, clean quiet. Included breakfast was good, they had bacon, hardly see that anymore. Usually just that gross sausage stuff, not the good Texas sausage. Room had a view, sure it was a cow pasture but still better then a bunch of buildings

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was GREAT. I am very satisfied with my stay. I recommend this location to everyone. The room, the breakfast, and the proximity to Port Aransas make this location a favorite. The value is great.

There was some leaking issues above the shower in room 207.

Everything was great! Clean rooms and bathrooms. We would stay here again!

Woke up too late for breakfast. Was able to still get some food, staff was nice and generous.... seemed like it was great breakfast choices though!! Note to self: Wake up early next time.
