The hotel was in a great location. Everything was close by! The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Tamera at the front desk was so welcoming and even the women in the kitchen were amazing during breakfast.

The only thing that I did not like about our room is it had a VERY strong smell of wood. It smelled like they were currently going through a renovation and it was pretty overpowering. The floor in the room by the front door was very slippery and I almost slipped multiple times.

Everything in the room was as expected for Hyatt Place. Very pleased with the bed, the amenities, the entire room.

Breakfast was not up to par for what I expected from Hyatt Place. The eggs were old, the mini waffles were hard, and there wasn't a wide range of options like I'm used to at Hyatt Place. It was only after I'd finished my waffle and eggs that my husband mentioned how good the bagels were. But at that point, I didn't want anything else to eat. This was disappointing because the main reason I chose Hyatt Place over another hotel was their exceptional breakfast options.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. My family and I was traveling to see my stepson middle school football game. The school ended up being right across the street from the hotel. The view of top golf was nice as well even though we didn't go. We treated the kids to CiCi's pizza which ended up being 4 mins from the hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was nice and friendly.

We had a King suite which was quite spacious. The sectional couch was very convenient and comfortable. Our room was quiet. The breakfast was nice with offerings including eggs and breakfast meats. The seating area was spacious.

A higher grade of coffee would have been nice. Otherwise there wasn't much to complain about.

I did not make it for breakfast but the hotel was very comfortable, great location, staff was very friendly. You could make the room extremely dark when you wanted to sleep in and loved that the check out was at 12pm it gave us enough time to get some good sleep and travel back.

The comforter seemed that was dirty it had a spot of either food or something.

We liked the large size of the room. We rarely ever travel, but this was a nice experience.

The room price was more than I expected. It was about $15.00 more than our quote. But I'm assuming it was extra fees or something. We didn't get any type of receipt.

It's Hyatt Place always amazing 🤩 and the staff here is awesome! This location always clean and professional! Water is hot and comfortable pressure! No crazy deposit fees. Love it here!

Everything! Staff was friendly, the whole place was very clean (rooms, lobby, elevators, etc), location was amazing, very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious!

Loved everything that was available within the hotel as well as around it.

It was extremely hot in the hall ways like maybe an ac unit was down. So the ac in my room had to work extra hard to keep the room cool and comfortable.

staff attentiveness. Check in says 3 however when I Arrived a little after 3 was told room was not ready and I had to wait 20 minutes. Meanwhile staff change occurred and the gentleman did not pass in any information so we sat longer. Finally asked for help and she was able to assist,but the room description was not what I booked.. ex. separate bathroom from shower, which was available because I also referred friends and they checked in last minute the same day and had the nicer room….
