Reception area, reception staff, room, car parking, and pool.

Location – have to drive to get to anywhere/anything. Breakfast area was overcrowded – perhaps because the breakfast hours are quite limited. (apart from the breakfast room, facilities were very good)

I have stayed at this same hotel many times and I have always liked it, but on this occasion I did not like my room.

The room smelled of damp and cigarette smoke. The shower in the bathroom wasn't working properly, and the body wash, shampoo, etc. was broken and on the floor. The next thing the cleaning ladies insistently knocked on the door at 8:50 to ask for housekeeping, when they were supposed to be there at 11:00 a.m.

Such a cute space! I love that it’s a bit retreated off the expressway and the front desk staff were so sweet! I’d definitely stay here again! You can tell that even room keeping loves what they do they handled our property with care or just left it as it was and I appreciate that a lot. Bonus pic of how our toilet paper was!

I was kind of hesitant because I've never heard of this establishment. But boy was I amazed! The service was awesome! Staff was very polite. The location was perfect. It was snuggled in between 2 top rated restaurants, one Mexican, authentic and the other one was a seafood restaurant. I Googled both and our Uber driver confirmed it. The overall look of the hotel inside and on the outside were well kept, which is important to me. If it looks unloved on the outside I'm definitely not trusting the inside because it let's me know if an establishment has a customer first mindset. It means I want to have great curb appeal to make you want to come in. Trust me I look at EVERYTHING!!! The halls where surprisingly well kept along with the carpet and furniture in the rooms. I honestly couldn't find anything that wasn't pleasant. Well the elevators could use a little tlc but that's about it. And now that I know about this hotel and that you have a chain of them in various states, I will definitely be going out of my way to find one when I'm looking for hotel accommodations. I have a Miami trip coming up in a few weeks actually. And I already have my eye on your location near the airport. So I'll see if this was an isolated event. I don't think so but I'll definitely see and will give a review. If all goes well, I'll be a lifer and will promote this establishment to anyone and everyone I know. It's what I do. 😉

Everything was Exceptional. Just spruce up the elevator.

We originally booked a VRBO and when we arrived it was horrible. We left stressed and with it bring F1 racing weekend many hotels were completely full. When we arrived he let us tour the rooms first and even helped us compare booking there in person vs online as he wanted us to get the best rate. We were so thankful for the great staff. The next day we realized we needed printed tickets for our event and they helped us get everything we needed. We were very thankful for their staff. It made our experience great.

Bathroom a little "bijou" The lounge is pretty much on the floor Didn't like the tables for breakfast being dotted around the reception foyer Asked on multiple occasions for shower gel .. empty on arrival, front desk said it would be replaced by housekeeping, housekeeping said there was none and it wouldn't be replaced Fridge doesn't have a freezer Needs better lighting over the vanity/sink which is outside the bathroom.

The place was amazing. Conveniently located off I35, but not too close to hear the highway traffic. Large room with the most comfortable beds! The pillows were awesome as well and there were plenty for each bed! Staff was super friendly and helpful when our remote wasn’t working for the TV. We will definitely be back! Also so glad they are pet friendly! My pet has to have medication so they have to travel with us. This makes traveling so much easier! Thank you!

The television stations weren’t the best. There was one free HBO station, and other stations were okay. The on demand was nice, but I’m not going to buy a movie at a hotel for $20.

I love customer service front desk was awesome. Daniel helped me so much. He was such hospitality vibes. I liked how my room is clean.

When I ride in the room, it wasn’t that cool I had to wait for it only because it’s a hot day outside. I kinda didn’t like I just see a lot of people that were not that kind of looks skittish and it made me feel a little bit uneasy, but the professionalism of the workers made it better

I booked here because it was six minutes to my job. The place was nice and I felt safe. The person at the front desk spoke Spanish. I am bilingual, but she was helping a Spanish speaker who had been staying there for work for the week.

I booked on booking at 1am because it was raining and I didn't want to drive an hour home. I needed a place for the night since I had to be back in town at 8am the next day. When I got to the hotel, I found out my reservation was for the next day. I was offered a room for that night at a higher rate. I decided I would stay the next night as well since I already had a reservation. When I checked out, I was told they had price matching available, but I was not offered compensation for the prior night at the higher rate. I would stay here again, but not for the breakfast. I didn't find anything I liked for breakfast.

The property was clean the breakfast was decent.

I left two new items in my room and checked out. I called that same afternoon and the front desk lady said I had missed the housekeepers. I am positive that I left it in the closet and I just feel that if the house keepers found it they should of been honest to return it to the front desk specially since I called back that same day. I kept calling the front desk just to get a run around and never once did I get a call back or a follow up I called many time thru out the week and they kept giving me the run around and I still haven’t heard back from the front desk.
