Location was excellent and quiet. Staff were very friendly. Bed was super comfortable. AC worked great and was very quiet. Shower had good water pressure and temperature.

When I made reservations I was told the pool and hot tub were working. When we got there the hot tub was closed down. That was disappointing after a long drive. And as far as we could tell, there is no elevator.

We picked this hotel for a recent family event in the city. My husband and I hadn't had a vacation in quite some time, so we made the most of it and stayed the whole weekend. We checked in late (10pm) and I was tired, but the staff was friendly, helpful and very welcoming which I greatly appreciated after a long day. It had a nice setting surrounded by trees and away from the highway. We chose a ground level room and it overlooked the courtyard. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly, there was an indoor pool (heated) which we had all to ourselves. We will look forward to staying here in the future.

Better signage, we drove around the parking lot for 10 minutes before we found the right hotel (there are 3 hotels all together).

Matt was super nice and helpful from the begining and he was a really hardworking putting away towels and making sure customers were satisfied. Also i really loved the back patio area with the fireplace it was nice being able to stay out there late night. Also the room was very clean and the pool and jaccuzi was very nice me my wife and baby really enjoyed our visit and would definitally recomened it. And we will be coming back in the future!

I didnt like the fact that the coffe place closed so early and the prices for the snacks by the front desk were extremely overpriced.

Positives: Comfortable handicapped bathroom accessible. Many food options around the area. You don’t have to go over the bridge to go to the airport. So don’t worry about tolls.

Place difficult to find. We drove more than extra 45 min trying to find it. They should explain better how to get there and have a big sign. I arrived after 4:30 and the room still wasn’t ready. They wanted to accommodate us in a different room but I have a handicap person with me so I had to be firm - the young man kept his cool and apologized. We decided to leave and comeback later to give them more time to fix the issue. They did have a room finally for us. Prices in the little store at the hotel are extremely high - ridiculous the price of water 😳 so bring your own water bottle!!

Pool was nice, hot tub was nice, staff was okay, the parking lot seemed safe for vehicles, garden area was nice with a fire pit. Water stayed nice and hot in the shower, ac in room worked great.

Bed was not comfortable. The hallway reeked of marijuana. Overall it wasn’t worth the $300 for one night. Staff was ok, didn’t really explain where the room was until i asked. I also had to go ask for more towels in the pool area cause it wasn’t stocked

It was a respite, it stopped for me and it worked very well for that the bed was very comfortable, the facility felt new and very clean. It is located very near the community college.And not far from a shopping center.

Their breakfast options were very limited, even though you had to pay for them outside of your room cause.

The place is nice and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice indoor swimming pool .

Breakfast is poor and actually is coffee and something on the side. The hotel offers parking for 10 $ a day while there is free parking outside the hotel.

The hotel setting was pleasing. It was extremely quiet. The room was large enough for three of us to move around in. Beds were comfortable. Parking was close to our room.

The bathroom had virtually no counter space for toiletries for three people while there was a very large wasted space between the toilet and the bathtub.

Comfortable night stay, allows dogs

The front desk employee did not inform me of the additional pet fee. He stated that”refundable deposit”. I was pretty shocked to see on my bank statement an additional $85 dollars for 1 night to have my pet who is a poodle and does not shed. Seemed a little steep and unclear on the charges upfront.

We had an appointment at UWMC and it was so easy to get there. We enjoyed a dinner at the village right down the street. We also enjoyed the little marketplace in the lobby. So much better than a vending machine! Everything was so convenient and really easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and professional. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in town (and bring our bathing suits).
