Nice selection at breakfast: farm fresh yogurt, steel cut oatmeal, eggs, bacon/sausage, pastries, breads, pancakes, cereals, juices. They did a pretty good job of keeping breakfast stocked, even with multiple college sports teams staying there. Enjoyed the free fancy coffee machine in the lobby and warm cookies every night. Location was convenient for exploring the greater Burlington area. Plenty of parking. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.

Bed was pretty soft. We had sore backs each morning. Room was clean but did show some wear and tear on the carpet and woodwork. Water pressure was good in the shower, but pretty low in the sink and toilet.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Burlington, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The building itself shows signs of age, but the cleanliness throughout the property more than made up for it. It’s clear that the staff puts effort into maintaining the space, which was appreciated. Speaking of the staff, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. One highlight was the 24-hour coffee machine in the lobby, which offered a nice variety of hot drinks—a thoughtful touch, especially for late arrivals or early risers. Breakfast was a typical selection, but everything was hot, fresh, and well-prepared. I was particularly impressed with how well-maintained the breakfast area was. The two staff members managing the hall did an excellent job of keeping the tables clean and ensuring the food stations were fully stocked. The seating area was spacious, and there was plenty of room for all guests, which made for a relaxed dining experience. Overall, while the hotel’s age was noticeable, the cleanliness, friendly staff, and well-organized amenities made my stay enjoyable. It’s a solid choice for anyone visiting Burlington.

We were in town for a concert in a nearby venue; we were able to walk there from this hotel. Parking was free and just outside the door. It is a nice standard hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. We ate at the bar/pub at the hotel, a short walk outside. The food was very good. Breakfast was included with the room. There was a good selection of breakfast items. The breakfast room was crowded when we went down to eat. There were a number of local restaurants, gas stations and coffee places within walking distance.

We did have to wait to get seats in the breakfast room.

- The bed was very comfortable - Staff at check in (specifically Moses) was very friendly and helpful, giving treats for our dog and allowing us a late checkout - The fridge in our room did not work well and maintenance came at once to look at it, solving the problem with a second fridge - The outdoor pool is VERY nice: great design and the trees and flowers around make this a really nice place located in the inner patio which means quiet and kind of private

We've been here many times to stay overnight and leave our car for flights. It waa OK, except the shuttle driver who was outstanding. His friendly and positive attitude was a great way to start our trip at 4:30 AM.

There used to be no fee for parking cars for a trip. Now it's $60 , about what I'd pay for airport parking. And not at the airport. I will reconsider staying at BW for future trips for this reason. Our room was small, and had no comfortable chair. It was uncomfortable for a family member who has arthritis.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. We didn't make it to the restaurant connected but was told it was being closed for most of our staff which might have been inconvenient if our expectation was to eat there.

I wish they had a waffle make instead of a pancake maker. I wish they had a hot tub in addition to the pool. We never used the pool but it looked good and was always busy. So, we really liked everything but just wished for a few additional things.

They made it easy and reasonably priced to bring a pet - thank you! And my location near Entrance C was very convenient to exit, ice & laundry. Appreciated the restaurant onsite - had several meals there. Microwave and refrigerator were helpful and used.

Probably needs a little updating - no usb ports and still using especially tiny toiletry bottles, but there were enough standard outlets and toiletries for my 3-nite stay.

Loved that there was a restaurant connected to the hotel. Also loved that there was a shuttle that took us to the airport early in the morning. LOVED the chocolate chip cookies that were served every night at 8:00 pm. My mom & sister LOVED the coffee & hot chocolate machine that was in the lobby too.

Shower head & pressure could’ve been a lot better. Pillows in the bedroom could’ve been thicker (they were really flat). There could’ve been more tables/seats in the breakfast dining room.

Good breakfast but the hockey teams that trashed the entire hotel also trashed the breakfast room

The hockey teams were disrupting the hotel - kids running up and down the hallways. Parents were in the lobby drinking with no concern that their kids basically ruined everyone else’s stay. There were people at the front desk complaining throughout our stay. The security officer was rude, ignoring me and useless to what was happening in the hotel.

Clean room, convenient location, good breakfast! Not bad value for the price. Decent decor. Pleasant staff. Had shuttle service to airport. Didn't use but convenient.

Noisy. Heard lots of banging noises early, maybe doors of other rooms slamming shut. There was a huge gap underneath the door to the hall so not at all very sound proof. Had a hard time sleeping because of it.. Sheets like pape and not comfortable.
