Bed was quite comfortable. View of the Washington Monument was good. Room was very quiet. Water pressure was really good and all four of us had hot showers. Breakfast ($23pp) was excellent for what we needed. Everyone working at the hotel was very nice and helpful.

We paid significantly (over $40) more through Booking.com than we would have paid if we had just shown up at the hotel and booked a room for the night (this was really frustrating!!). Room was dated (cracked paint in the bathroom and some mildew in the corner of the bathroom). It is not in the best area, but we only stayed here as a layover for a repositioning flight (and there was a great and reliable shuttle to the airport). We also were unable to get Bonvoy points. I wish I would have just booked directly through the hotel.

The Staff are excellent always happy to help whenever they asked. The provision of the shuttle to the Reagan Airport and the Metro were a necessary addition and made the stay very easy and supportive. The Buffet breakfast was outstanding.

Some of the decor is starting to look tired; some of the repaired/renovated work is not as good as it could be giving some rooms a patchy look

Location Spanish young female at the front was very professional and nice also I have the opportunity to meet a Spanish female from maintenance who have 43 yeas working in the location she deserved a good retirement celebration and compensation just me thinking loud when I asking in a conversation how long she worked somebody next to her said it she worked in Sept 11, 2001 she was very professional and welcome both did a outstanding job. I am sorry I don’t notices there names but yes I noticed your services.

Well when I looking buffet breakfast price at the internet they mentioned $15 but in the ticket said $25. I asked the waitress why she apologized that they still said it 15 at the internet, she don’t have the fault they should correct the prices immediately Good services in Shuttle but 9am to 11 pm was only available every hour only 🥺but they were at the time they said it in the airport other than that good hotel experiences.

The hotel staff was amazing! I had an issue with Booking.com that you never resolved and the front desk associate, Matthew, resolved it immediately upon arrival. The property was IMMACULATE! Matthew gave us adjoining room so family could stay together. Our rooms were pristine. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and all our linens were WHITE. I appreciated the amenities - spa quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner, Also, coffee, tea and water. Our rooms had great views. The restaurant, gift shop and parking was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Parking was included in my rate, but the hotel tried to charge me an extra $32.00 a day. When I inquired about the charge the front desk corrected the situation immediately. We were able to park in the surface lot with the hotel shuttle and a tour bus (or five) as our truck was too tall to fit in the garage. This made things so easy! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly! The bartender was funny and provided insights into the area. The bed was comfortable and the water in the shower was hot!

The breakfast was $25 per person - the food was not hot and the coffee was cold. I was able to clearly hear the guests in the room above me and next two me, I was able to drown them out with the TV.

Nice, clean property with spacious rooms. Front desk receptionists were welcoming, courteous and attentive. The representative was kind enough to provide an upgraded king bed for me as a solo guest. Thank You! The DCA airport shuttle service sealed the booking for me, especially since there are not a lot of restaurant offerings within a short walking distance of the hotel. I would happily return to the Sheraton Pentagon City for my future lodging needs.

its proximity and facilities

I made a reservation through Booking.com. When I arrived at the reception desk, I waited 30 minutes for them to find the reservation. They didn't find it, and they gave me a room I hadn't selected in my reservation. The room had a bad, musty smell. I returned to the reception desk because the room had a king bed, not a single. I waited another 15 minutes; the woman at the reception desk had an unfriendly attitude.

Clean and quiet. Free shuttle to local mall where you can catch the metro anywhere.

Area is not very walkable.

I liked the room view, the cleanliness, the staff. Private parking is also an advantage. Definitely recommend.

I can not understand why you should pay for WiFi? When you pay $400+ for a room, would it be normal to ask you to pay an extra $10 for a quality internet connection??... This is simply disappointing for such a hotel, at such a price. That is a shame.

Staff was super friendly. Upgraded us to a room with an awesome view to the city. Parking was easy, covered, and with plenty of spots with direct access to the hotel. Good location with easy access to the highway. Room space was bigger than the average hotels.

The bathroom is small, and the shower was not warming the water properly. The coffee machine was not good. And the hotel is overall old, but we'll maintain.
