The hotel is nice. They are in the process of updating. The room was updated and pretty spacious. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly.

The old school alarm clock in the room went off just after midnight. I should have just unplugged it when I entered the room, but I didn't. The toilet in our room would not flush when we arrived. They brought a plunger for us to use and left it outside our room door while we went to dinner so we could plunge it upon our return. Neither of these are big deals, but it's the little things. The hotel is nice enough.

Walking distance to a good restaurant. Easy to keep an eye on cars in parking lot. Easy check in and out.

The pool was ice cold. Handicap room was a tub, not a roll-in shower. One room had only one remote for two tv's. In another room, the living room tv remote didn't work. The soap dispenser in one shower was empty. Handicap ramp was a little steep, and the access in the parking lot did not line up with the ramp. Missing "do not disturb" sign in two of three rooms. The charging port at the head of the bed in one room did not work. Breakfast was lackluster, not a fan of powered eggs.

Location was good, my kids enjoyed the pool, check in and check out was easy. Hard wood floor was nice in the room. Rooms were up to date.

We were put on the first floor. Whe n given a room on the first floor, the receptionist failed to tell us rooms on the first floor were being redone and worked on. Furniture was being moved up and down the hall, there was painting everywhere, lots of traffic and noise. It would have been nice to know before being given a room right beside all this.

Perfect motel for overnight or a few days stay. Just minutes from highway 81. Staff was friendly and professional. Complimentary coffee and cookies available in lobby daily. Free breakfast included. Pool , fitness room , and laundry available. Vending machines also. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good selection of tv channels through cox cable and free wifi too. Restaurants and fast food establishments within minutes. Gas stations around the corner. Would highly recommend this motel and we travel a lot and will definitely stay here again 😁

The breakfast was great and had sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc. The room was clean and the beds was comfortable. The pillows were awesome! No, really, best pillow I have used in a long time :-) We used the workout room and it was good. Equipment we used worked well and was well maintained and a decent quality. We did a swim in the indoor pool and the water was nice and warm (too warm if you wanted to do laps) which was great for us.

The room was very clean and the building was clean throughout. Staff were all friendly. The breakfast was excellent and well-stocked. A large group of young athletes arrived around 10pm the night we were there. We were worried it would be noisy, but didn’t hear anything all night! Breakfast area was busy the next morning, but everything went smoothly and all the guests visiting were very friendly. Coffee was available even outside of breakfast hours and it was excellent. Overall one of the best hotel stays we have ever had.

We would have loved a hot tub!

This was a good, satisfactory hotel is most respects.

Some kind of large ventilation system was located in the wall between the bathroom and the adjacent bed. It ran almost continually and wasn't simply a drafting system for the bathroom (that one was mostly quiet). It created a background noise not unlike being on an airplane. It didn't bother the sleepers in the bed closer to the window, though, and was not noticeable when the room's main A/C system was operating.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the connecting rooms. There was one comfortable chair in each room with a desk. The bathrooms were clean and bright with plenty of towels. The indoor pool was clean, but kind of cold. The room was heated, but I'm not sure the pool was. The rooms also had a mini fridge and a microwave.

The only thing that I can think of was the indoor pool was cold. The other thing was the handicap parking was over by the office. We were really far from the office and no handicap parking close. We just dropped my mother off and had to find parking.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. The room was very clean, with laminate flooring and no carpet. The shower was great! You can easily access the HDMI ports on the TV. There is a decent Mexican restaurant right in front of the property.

Poorly insulated, so hallway noise and the loud family in the next room was a bit much. Our room did have a connecting door, so maybe that was the reason for it being loud. I’ll be sure yo request a non-connecting room next time.

The hotel was nice. Unfortunately, I was placed in room with adjoining door to the room next door. The people in that room BLASTED the television ALL NIGHT; it never went off! I contacted staff but nothing changed. In this day and age, there was no way I was approaching them directly; you never know who has a gun and will shoot you. My daughter and I got little, if any, sleep as a result. The hotel had plenty of rooms, so putting us next to a room with adjoining door was not necessary and would have made a big difference with regard to sound barrier.
