Pool was very nice. Breakfast was great- lots of choice, everything fresh and tasty. Facilities were clean and staff helpful and friendly. We were just there for a stop over and did not have time to explore the area but I would not hesitate to go back for longer.

The room was fairly cold. I don't like AC, and the AC controls did not seem to be working - we turned everything off but the fan was still blowing cold air full blast. For most people that won't be a disadvantage I realize I am in a minority in the US.

I liked that the hotel was very clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept well. The hotel was unbelievably quiet, even though there were a lot of people there and part of our stay was during a weekend. The staff was very nice and helpful. They are very customer service oriented. We loved the breakfast, which was included. There was a large assortment of hot and cold foods and everything was well-stocked. There is a Mexican restaurant within walking distance, which was a nice convenience.

The only thing that we did not like was that even though the bed itself was extremely comfortable, the sheets on the bed felt a bit scratchy, perhaps because they were not a high quality.

Bed was comfortable. That was a plus! Pillows could be better - too soft! King suite was big enough. Looked like the room was just renovated. Bathroom work was not good. You need a better contractor. Would have preferred a sofa and couch that is not made of some kind of fabric. Laminated floors are a whole lot better and appreciated, more that carpet/rug. It's just cleaner and more sanitary. The front desk lady was very accommodating in checking us in early. There is a Mexican restaurant just down the parking lot and a Starbucks across the street. Very convenient! I have had stayed at this hotel a few times and I will certainly go back.

We had 2 rooms that were locked out before 10 am, and check-out time was at 11 am. I had to go down and had it reactivated. Then it locked us out again the second time and had it reactivated again. It was very annoying that our cards were deactivated before the 11 am check-out time.

The hotel is nice. They are in the process of updating. The room was updated and pretty spacious. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly.

The old school alarm clock in the room went off just after midnight. I should have just unplugged it when I entered the room, but I didn't. The toilet in our room would not flush when we arrived. They brought a plunger for us to use and left it outside our room door while we went to dinner so we could plunge it upon our return. Neither of these are big deals, but it's the little things. The hotel is nice enough.

The rooms were clean, and even the hallways smelled fresh! They had warm Cookies for guests at check in area. The area felt safe and was quiet.

At breakfast, there were some guests who sat each of their children at a separate table so no one could sit at them. They also would reach over top of you as you waited patiently in line and took the last of certain foods. This was clearly not the hotels issue, just one set of rude, entitled guests.

Walking distance to a good restaurant. Easy to keep an eye on cars in parking lot. Easy check in and out.

The pool was ice cold. Handicap room was a tub, not a roll-in shower. One room had only one remote for two tv's. In another room, the living room tv remote didn't work. The soap dispenser in one shower was empty. Handicap ramp was a little steep, and the access in the parking lot did not line up with the ramp. Missing "do not disturb" sign in two of three rooms. The charging port at the head of the bed in one room did not work. Breakfast was lackluster, not a fan of powered eggs.

Location was good, my kids enjoyed the pool, check in and check out was easy. Hard wood floor was nice in the room. Rooms were up to date.

We were put on the first floor. Whe n given a room on the first floor, the receptionist failed to tell us rooms on the first floor were being redone and worked on. Furniture was being moved up and down the hall, there was painting everywhere, lots of traffic and noise. It would have been nice to know before being given a room right beside all this.

Perfect motel for overnight or a few days stay. Just minutes from highway 81. Staff was friendly and professional. Complimentary coffee and cookies available in lobby daily. Free breakfast included. Pool , fitness room , and laundry available. Vending machines also. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good selection of tv channels through cox cable and free wifi too. Restaurants and fast food establishments within minutes. Gas stations around the corner. Would highly recommend this motel and we travel a lot and will definitely stay here again 😁

The breakfast was great and had sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc. The room was clean and the beds was comfortable. The pillows were awesome! No, really, best pillow I have used in a long time :-) We used the workout room and it was good. Equipment we used worked well and was well maintained and a decent quality. We did a swim in the indoor pool and the water was nice and warm (too warm if you wanted to do laps) which was great for us.

The room was very clean and the building was clean throughout. Staff were all friendly. The breakfast was excellent and well-stocked. A large group of young athletes arrived around 10pm the night we were there. We were worried it would be noisy, but didn’t hear anything all night! Breakfast area was busy the next morning, but everything went smoothly and all the guests visiting were very friendly. Coffee was available even outside of breakfast hours and it was excellent. Overall one of the best hotel stays we have ever had.

We would have loved a hot tub!
