The level of service and comfort was unmatched. Everyone was so kind and polite, going above and beyond in making our stay as comfortable as possible (shout out to Mr Champ!). Room was huge, well designed with gorgeous sea views. Each element so well thought out, with so many varieties of amenities and for someone that prefers soft plush mattress and bedding this hotel was a Godsend. Location wise it's right on top of Nai Harn beach. Although it's a bit far from major action like Patong beach/Bangla Rd. I prefered the more laid back vibes of the area and the beach. For family travelers it's perfect. It's not in the middle of nowhere too mind you. Plenty of shops restaurants around. If you wanna order some food or grocery from Grab app you can. I would highly recommend get the room with breakfast included, cuz it was really really delicious with plenty of varieties changing up everyday. So long story short, luxurious stay, amazing views, amazing hospitality and delicious breakfast.

We love everything about the resort…this is a priceless location. This was our fourth vacation at The Nai Harn over the last 8 years, this one a long stay. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and genuine. They truly care about all their guests and their experience, extremely knowledgeable and excellent English. We would like to thank the Cosmo team for their brilliant service at breakfast 👏🏼 May, Oil, Mook, Pare, Nan and Fon. Our morning greeting and attention to detail is next to none. Thank you so much for your service! Miss you. The pool team are also equally amazing; Grace is absolutely gorgeous and has a great sense of humour. Kit, Chain are so polite. Their personalities are perfect for hospitality on those lazy days relaxing around the pool, again attention to detail also very high. We have named a few of the staff above but seriously every single member of the reception team, housekeeping team, the spa girls and even the security guard that was all over every detail to make sure we were so well cared for and most importantly comfortable and safe. I think he had a tear in his eye when we left. Truely exceptional!!! It was the most fabulous vacation that will stay with us forever. Thank you so much for the memories and your amazing care and service. We miss you already xox

There is nothing negative at all about our stay!! On a previous stay at The Nai Harn in August 2022, we wrote a review regarding smoking around the common ground areas such as the pool and the cosmo dining area, particularly at breakfast time. I am so pleased to report that this issue has since been addressed which is so pleasing, thank you 🙏 I’m also pleased to see that there are some more affordable good tasting wines on offer…particularly the V8 Sparkling wine. 🍾🥂😆

Breathtakingly beautiful property with brilliant service and an unimaginable location. The team was extremely kind and profession. The breakfast was wonderful, both the Cosmo restaurant and rock Salt had perfect dishes, when I say perfect I mean top notch, unmatched. Highly encourage half board for if you’re going for a short 3-5 days stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this 5-star hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the staff were so kind, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was just amazing. What really touched me was how thoughtful and attentive the staff were. We had to leave very early in the morning to join a tour, and without us even saying anything, they had already prepared breakfast boxes and even packed our beach towels for the day. That level of care and attention made us feel truly special and appreciated. It’s those small details that make a big difference. I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you for such a lovely experience — I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a little bit of extra kindness!

The view. The food. The service team; from luggage to waiters to room service to the beach guys that sort you out with a nice spot. All incrediblly attentive, patient, and kind. Probably the best pinacolada in the south is made here. All the breakfast team are just the best. Food portions are massive, so be careful. The beach. The water. 10/10. It can be windy sometimes, and there was a day of jelly fish stings when the tide was too high..but they give you fair warning. So anyone that got stung it was coz they didn't heed the warnings. Go with ocean view 100% WiFi is great. It's really quite nice to work from here, but you will be distracted coz it's just too gorgeous. And if youre stuck and can't get a grab or bolt ride to the airport, the concierge will sort you out.

Rocksalt.. was hit and miss in terms of service. The manager wasn't nice to me at all at any time iv visited. Something was off with the guy.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT 👏 We have traveled extensively. This was the most incredible experience. From the minute we arrived at Phuket Airport to the time of drop of to when left Phuket Airport was "A" grade first class. From the time we booked to the time we left, everything was handled in a professional 5-star 🌟 management. The rooms, the pool, the breakfast, the staff, the views EVERYTHING was. Nothing was too much for the staff and the general vibe of the hotel was so relaxed and peaceful and friendly and back in time

Loved absolutely everything. To be honest. Would have liked to have spoken to the manager to tell him/her. If you had to aske me of one fault. There would be none

We chose the Nai Harn as we've had a specific holiday in mind to laze on a warm beach, chill, and recoup from a busy couple of months. Besides the long history of the place, the incredible location and staff had made our stay a true home away from home. The breakfast spread was incredible at Cosmo. It is the heart of the resort. And Nai Harn's staff are the soul of the place. My apologies for not being able to capture everyone's names - but to Khun Tin, Aoy (Oil), May, Aum, Pair, and Khun Champ whom we met at the gym and by the beach, Khun Sun and Mem at front desk (thank you again for going above and beyond helping with our check out and planning a more comfortable departure with a long flight ahead), and Khun Arun, who kept our room so well kept, and the bell team, the many friendly faces we met along the pool, Reflections, the chefs - it was not easy to look after so many of us in the brilliant Phuket warm days, and yet all of you made us felt very special. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this such a memorable stay.

It was hard to find one, perhaps the building could do with a small coat of new paint to freshen up. But bear this in mind, that the property is nearly 40 years old and being literally by the seaside, I reckon the Nai Harn is doing a fantastic job. Maybe some of the door locks could be checked. Ours was a bit tricky and temperamental with the swipe card - but there's always a staff to help or we had a few go's and got through.

Fantastic location in a picturesque bay with beach steps away. Terraced architecture and layout makes it feel cosy and interesting to explore - a lots of unique spaces, like restaurants, lounges, bars, all boasting unbelievably beautiful views. Rooms are renovated and well thought out. Staff is super nice, helpful and professional as expected from a hotel this level - well done!

The property is exposed to harsh natural elements - rain, salt air, wind - which takes toll on the exterior walls. I suspect bright white walls are a longstanding branding mark of the hotel (and I can see why, it stands out against the greenery very beautifully), but I would recommend to the hotel owners to consider natural stone or stone veneer (perhaps light gray color which would still stand out like white). It will be more forgiving and won’t show every single imperfection like white stucco does. The hotel is so beautiful and hope it will last many more years!

Amazing breakfast, very nice room with a very nice view. Right in front of Nai Harn beach which is probably one of the best (not too crowded, no thrash, no boats), with a lot of commodities like stand up paddle equipment or snorkel.

When the cleaning team went to the room, there was clearly lack of care regarding bugs coming in, since the only day we asked for cleaning, when we arrived we had plenty of small bugs in the entrance, but also bathroom, bed and even in our luggage.

The Nai Harn resort is amazing. It feels like you're on a Greek island. From the large room and sea view balcony to the delicious breakfasts and friendly service, we were continually impressed. The pool was lovely as well. The only downside is that it's in Phuket - while beautiful, the island outside of the fancy resorts feels kind of run down. I can compare it to places like the Bahamas or the Dominican Republic. Overall, you'll encounter this juxtaposition of fancy resort and poor surroundings. We expected this, but not to the degree we saw.

There are many steps up to the various levels, and not many handrails, so if you are unsteady on steps, this might not be the resort for you.
