The hotel exceeded our expectations - room was spacious and warm (in winter days). It was very quiet, obviously good sound insulation. Everything was clean, beds were pretty comfy, child crib was set in our room as per request. Delightful breakfast with a lot of options. Very good turkish hammam in the spa area. Swimming pool and saunas, everything was what we needed. Staff were polite and assistive with tips and recommendations we needed. Just next to the hotel you have the shopping mall and places to eat. Would stay again!

Nothing to dislike in particular. No bathroom ventilation in our room, but it could have been a temporary issue.

Lovely clean hotel very new and comfortable, stylish, good gym, helpful staff. Just great. There are some food places outside - a small mall and restaurant area - not the best food but convenient. Overall very good stay and decent value for money compared to other hotels in the area.

More variety / fresher breakfast would have been welcomed. Outdoor pool or at least on a higher floor would have been cherry on top - pool was a bit dark in the basement but still nice. Also swimming cap is mandatory tba.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The nicest hotel I habe ever seen. We booked a deluxe room with a mountaim view and it certainly did not disappoint. Spacious view, super comfortable bed and all the little extras you exoect from the Hilton chain. Breakfast was an amazingly generous array of hot and cold foods - absolutely delicious. The staff were polite, curteous and efficient, especially the front desk reception and serving staff.

Only a minor issue - shampoo and shower gel was not replenished after the last guest and we ran out before the end of our stay.

This is a very modern hotel, very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and all the facilities were great. The hotel is located very close to two shopping centres offering various types of shop, restaurants and bars in cool air conditioned environments.

The only thing that could have made the hotel a little better would be an outdoor seating area.

The location in Manisa was good, because there isn’t much of an „old town“. Easy to get to and convenient. Clean and good facilities. Friendly staff, though their English was not very good.

Manisa wasn’t a particularly nice town. We were there for the water polo. Hotel perfect for this.

Nice big hotel. Spa and GYM included. BTW, they are barely used. It felt like brand new. The room was pretty spacious. The bad and sheets were comfy. We stayed at the 15th floor with a fantastic view. However, even with closed windows you can here a little bit the noice from the road. Was not a problem for us. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional in all places. The food was tasty and good value for money.

Very nice, new otkl, the room was very clean. We had a great massage and treatments in the hammam, the staff at the spa was very friendly and professional. Checking into the hotel spoiled the impression a little - for a long time they could not check in, they could not find our reservation. But in general, I liked everything, I advise.

Perfectly located , close to Izmir and on our way to Antalya, Amazing interior design , Very Clean , All facilities available especially a huge Turkish Hammam and a covered swimming pool, Breakfast was very good , welcoming and friendly staff .

breakfast was very nice at a nice hall. Hotel location is on the road (which little noisy) with 2 malls next to it. There is free parking. Room size is super with all amenities needed.

The room was little noisy when we open the window. Also I think its over heated.
