My stay here was to be with my sister who was in her final hours at Antrim hospice.....the staff were very understanding that i was unsure when i would arrive to hotel from the Hospice.. My sister passed away in the early hours of sat morning.....ive found this hotel very peaceful and comforting in my hour of need ....which has been helpful to my family.....the food is excellent... Very good value for money.... Thankyou

Unfortunately my first night was in room 309....there was a terrible loud humming noise coming from cupboard next to room.....however the very nice receptionist changed my room immediately i mentioned with minimum of fuss. Thankyou

Great location for airport. Room had a King Size bed :) We stayed 2 nights - room servicing was as we requested. We used the bar and restaurant- great food and service. The staff were friendly and efficient. Thanks to the concierge who gave us 100% accurate info for the airport in the morning- we would have missed our flight if not for him. Hertz Car rental just a 1 min walk away

The Hotel was great- but a Car Rental warning for future international visitors .....the closest petrol station does not accept international credit cards, so you will need to fill up your rental a bit earlier.

Love everything about Maldron at Belfast Airport, from the moment you walk thru the front door until the moment you leave,you are treated like family. Very welcoming,the staff are so friendly and helpful,the rooms cosy and pleasant,and a good size, and bathrooms beautiful, and sooooo clean everywhere,it's just a little straight walk about 3mins into airport,and yesterday morning 9/1/25,was so glad we only had this quick trip as it was -3deg and freezing fog,we don't have breakfast as we leave really early before restaurant opens, but we have had many dinners there and food is marvellous,try the fish n chips excellent 😀and my husband loves the bar area, highly recommended the Maldron to everyone, thank you all for another lovely stay xx

The whole experience from checking in to checking out!. The staff were extremely polite,professional, approachable. Informative and most willing to assist. The whole ambiance was one of calmness and relaxation . Very clean and user friendly Bedroom was quiet,spotless with all the necessary amenities, the beds were extremely comfortable and relaxing. Early morning breakfast 5 am , excellent choice , lots of fruit, juices etc. Location excellent close proximity to the airport? Excellent 🙂

The lady who checked us in was SO friendly. Really took the time to have a PROPER chat and was very helpful with any questions we had, even about the airport. The hotel is literally a 20 second walk across to the airport departures. About a minutes walk from the car park drop off point. The room was very clean, and the bed was huge and really comfy.

We checked out really early (4ish), staff member came from a back room, and after we checked, we heading for the main door to exit ( but even with a 6 year old pulling 2 small cases, myself pulling 2 large cases,) we had to prize open the front doors ourselves, because when we turned back to ask the staff member to open the door, he was gone back in the back room. Tbf, it was the only issue we had here and I'd still stay again.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful 👍 I booked two extra days for our holiday 🙌. Location wise, excellent as it was very close to the airport. Literally outside the airport as in next door to the airport. Our flight from London Stansted was delayed for about an hour due to the flight malfunction and was replaced with another flight. We were supposed to take off at 22:00 but left at around 2300 hr. Got to the hotel at 00:39 hours and was still able to check in and everything about the hotel were excellent 👌 👍 😎 🙂 🙌

It was far away from the city centre and Uber is around £100 pounds odds but there is a local bus service from outside the airport to the centre for £12.50 return.

Location for the airport was perfect. The common areas were comfortable and welcoming, as were the staff. The room was spotless and well presented with everything you might need. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Possibly the offer of a take away breakfast (even just a pastry) if checking out too early for restaurant breakfast. But just a suggestion - wouldn’t deter me from recommending.

The hotel is ideally situated for early departures from the airport. About 3 minutes walk to the entrance for departures. We had a lovely meal the previous evening. The young barman was so welcoming and charming. The food was delicious. A perfect start to our holiday

It would be good to have a small fridge in the room. However a kettle is provided with tea, coffee, cartons of water and a selection of biscuits. Very welcome.

OVERNIGHT FOR EARLY MORNING FLIGHT

I DIDN'T KNOW THAT I COULD NOT LEAVE MY CAR FOR 2 DAYS IN HOTEL CARPARK IF I BOOKED THROUGH BOOKING.COM THEY WERE CHEAPER STAFF TOLD ME TO TAKE MY CAR OUT BEFORE I LEFT HOTEL TO CATCH A FLIGHT WHO WANTS TO MOVE THEIR CAR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. HAD I KNOWN THIS I WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED OVERNIGHT STAY IN THIS HOTEL DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY

Great location if you are booked in for an early morning / late night flight as it's right across the road from the International airport. Despite being so close to the airport, it's quiet and you can get a good night's sleep! The loo is in a separate room to the bathroom which always helps if you are travelling with someone else. Really good breakfast provided downstairs at extra cost of 14 pounds sterling. Marks and Spencers food is across from the hotel. Hotel is also next to the car hire place so you can easily walk in 5 mins back to hotel.

Expensive for one night for a pretty standard room. The bathroom needs to have little 'condiments' like soap / conditioner etc provided in separate packets rather than one big dispenser. No water was provided in the room - perhaps the tap water is ok? I bought a large bottle in M&S across the road but for the price of a night in this hotel, water should have been provided.
