Had exceptional service, highly recommend! Not my first time in Lviv, but my first time in this hotel for a small solo trip. Located in the calm central area, quite place and lovely architecture. The room was big enough and had everything. The staff was friendly, many thanks to Jana especially for paying attention to details and making my birthday day special. The room service as well as restaurant was exceptional - food was delicious, also recommend to visit!

Not a minus for me, but there might be some parties or events at the restaurant- could be a bit loud. But for me it was absolutely fine. Many thanks for amazing time!

This is a really nice place and historic too. There are two buildings. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. One building used to house the staff and the main villa Soviet officials including allegedly Nikita Khrushchev. It is worth paying a bit more to be the bigger rooms in the villa. The restaurant is excellent, especially the breakfast. On the other side of the road there is the house once owned by Ludwik Finkelstein, written about by grandson Danny Finkelstein in his book Hitler, Stalin, Mum and Dad. The street is one of historic villas....

It is not really within walking distance of the centre, which is fine so long as you know that and don't want to walk there.

1. Excellent service - the team tries to help you with all your questions 2. Clean and well-designed room with a view on a castle and park 3. Nice buffet breakfast with unlimited coffee, good-quality fish (salted salmon), fruit salads and vegetables 4. Location is just perfect, 15-20 mins to the city center and close (5 mins) to large refreshing park for jogging and yoga. 5. Design of bathroom is thoughtful and fashionable. 6. This buildings have a long and nice history and owners respect and embrace it. We were living in a standard room with a balcony.

When we stayed there was no warm breakfast option, or ability to order something instead of buffet. As I assume because of preparation for a birthday party.

Very nice place in general and an area nearby. The restaurant on the territory is superb. That is a popular beautiful place for wedding celebrations, as we saw. The staff is very friendly, and within the room, everything worked excellently.

The junior site we got was without a balcony, and in this and some other aspects, it was different from what was promoted in the pictures. Not critical, as overall the place is excellent, but if we know this in advance, most probably, we choose another hotel.

Excellent location. Good level of service. Excellent tasty and very filling breakfast. Well-equipped room, the hotel did not skimp on furniture and fittings. Excellent bathroom. Spacious private parking for many cars.

Soundproofing could be better. The staff may wake you up with a call in the middle of the night, finding out which room is noisy.

A unique hotel near the park area. I loved the thoughtful interior that helped to maintain the spirit of an old building!

The only thing that upset me - there was a smoking spot for staff right under the rooms windows, and I sometimes had to close the windows as the smoke for getting right into the room :(

Modern and beautiful room, comfortable bed. I like the remote location of this place, it is not in the city center and supposed to be more quiet. Breakfast was great.

I didn't know this was a place for weddings, and thought it is a super quiet place. if you want to have a peaceful stay I would not recommend this place, probably during the week is ok, but not during the weekend. Also, the room looked very different from what I expected and what was shown on the photos.

This is a seriously underrated hotel. When reading reviews it helps to know whether or not you can relate to the reviewer. I am usually a luxury/business traveller and stay in 4 or 5 start properties with a mixture of self funded economy and business class flights a few times a year. This hotel is perfect for those that appreciate quality and well functioning facilities. I think it was refurbished within the last couple of years. All the fixtures and fittings a good and everything is very clean and works well. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my various requests. The room sizes were generous. A very pleasant surprise was the quality of the restaurant. I had intentions of trying many other establishments during this stay but the quality of the food and service here surpassed everything else so after a few nights we decided we preferred to stay in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is not in the centre of the city but was a pleasant 10 to 15 minute walk to get downtown. And of course the taxis are all extremely reasonably priced to get anywhere in the city (£2). This was somewhat surprisingly one of the best hotel experiences that I have had because all of my expectations were exceeded. It rivals any of the top quality boutique hotel experiences that I have had elsewhere in Europe and I don’t think I will choose to stay anywhere else in Lviv from now on.

The only thing they might consider adding at some point in the future is an exercise room although it’s not really that kind of a hotel and there’s a nice park right next to it that can be used for non resistance exercise work.

Everything was wonderful and we would be happy to come to yours again. The hotel is in the position of a room where you can be during the air alarms. As a hotelier, I would ask you to change your Hotelstar from 3 to 4 as everything was wonderful, very rare that I say that.

Normally I’m always trying to stay in Lviv this hotel. So close to center, safety private parking area, rooms are comfortable and hotel stuff is honestly..

Just the minus as for me between restaurant and hotel management connection … Restaurant has a different management, for example you can’t take water and ask them I will paid it later totally with room… Except this all is good..
