I always read reviews before booking and after searching and looking into so man hotels i choose this one We stayed with baby that is 5 months , they provided baby cot free of charge. Cleaned room every day. Apartman was clean and have all things in kitchen. Very responsive reception and personel we asked for more water and they borught it every time free of charge. Location great we walked to burj khalifa maybe about 10 to 15 m by walk really nice . Pool clean .

Drains need cleaning and improvments water doesnt go very well . Baby cot needs replacment it was little bit dirty .

Room , cleaning , location and the facilities inside the room was amazing . Big thanks to remoon and banna on check out was wonderful

My stay at Damac Maison Distinction was absolutely exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning elegance of the lobby and the warm, professional welcome from the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. The suite was luxurious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline and the Burj Khalifa. The bed was extremely comfortable, and every amenity was thoughtfully provided, from the fully equipped kitchen to the lavish bathroom. The facilities were second to none — the infinity pool overlooking the city was pure magic, and the fitness center was top-notch. The on-site restaurant served exquisite dishes, and the room service was prompt, friendly, and flawless. The location is perfect, just minutes away from Dubai Mall and Downtown, yet offering a peaceful and private atmosphere to relax after a busy day. I cannot recommend Damac Maison Distinction highly enough. It is truly a five-star experience in every sense of the word, and I am already looking forward to my next stay. Absolutely outstanding.

I had an exceptional stay at the Damac hotel in Dubai. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious ambiance and impeccable attention to detail. The location of the hotel is excellent, conveniently close to Dubai Mall and all essential commodities, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and maintained to the highest standard with daily cleaning. The staff were incredibly attentive to details, always ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Remoon and Shoaib for their kindness and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and their dedication truly made a difference. Overall, Damac hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai and look forward to staying there again

The chek-in process and Check out were super smooth Thanks to Remon ! The valet Parking Staff was excellent , The room boys & room service was top notch - even delivered good food at 5 am . The restaurant staff at the restaurant downstairs went above and beyond to help us . The room we had was at higher floor at 50 ; The views were exceptional ; Location is also excellent with carefour express at walkable distance ; Lot of restaurants in the oppossite side by crossing the main road . Park with childrens play area & excercise bench opposite to the hotel. Walkable distance to Dubai Mall .

Nothing . Everything was excellent ; The hot water ran a little too hot if anything . There was no dental kit but the staff provided once asked . Location was great . Bed room on left side once you exit the lift are a little small . Furniture is a little old .

I was in business trip for few days and stayed in this otel Perfect service. Polite personal. Nice view from swimming pool area. Very delicious food. Was satisfied. I left hotel one day earlier for personal reason and forgot to tell. Hotel manager called me to find out if I am ok and managed to return money for 1 day stay to my bank account. Money arrived next day. Bravo

It’s one of my favourite places to stay in Dubai, great location, friendly staff and of course great service. I’m so bad I forgot the persons name who checked me in, as I went to so many different hotels after that but I think it was Peter. The gentleman tried to help me get the best room possible as at first I was put on a very low floor which I didn’t like at all, but he helped me get a room a couple of floors higher as I’m not used to staying any rooms on the lower floors.

So I recommend this hotel to all my family and friends, my sister stayed here literally the month before me and every time she comes, the room they offer her is 10x better than what they offer me. I was not really too happy about that because if it wasn’t for me she wouldn’t even of stayed in that hotel to begin with. Oh also there is a lady who works at the reception, can’t remember young with brown hair she’s not so friendly tbh, first time I’ve experience a staff member with attitude even when I called to ask something on the phone. But all the other stuff including the people from room service 10/10
