The best hotel in the area! From the moment we got there, the staff treated us with so much respect and care. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are big and super clean. Everyone working there was kind and always happy to help. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus too. The location is also perfect right next to the La Perle show and just a 10-minute drive from the Dubai Mall. The hotel even offers a free shuttle to their sister hotel, The Grand, where you can use their pools and private beach, plus there’s also a shuttle to the beach and the mall. We had a great time overall, and I just want to give a special thanks to Prem for being so helpful during our stay.

When we talk about classiness and authenticity, Habtoor’s palace located at Al Sheikh Zayed road pops up in my mind immediately, my favorite spot to stay at, in Dubai, relaxing, clean, what makes staying there special is the vibes and quietness where you can focus on work related projects during BTs. In addition, the Team, Starting from the people who smiles to you welcoming your arrival knowing your name after multiple visits like Asaad, Muhammad and Abdullah, to the concierge, receptionists like Khaled, Shady and Neha, the IT team, i can recall their names easily because they always make my stay remarkable there. The ladies, Marlita and Rodriza who rang my room’s bell offering to help me unpacking my luggages, were kind and lovely.

This time due to rejuvenating the food hall, breakfast was not up to that level by comparison to previous months, but i believe it’s going to be even better. Elevators maintenance should be taken care of as buttons were not working at the left side corridor. I recommend also branding for the facilities and its services like the spa, any yoga classes, …etc.

Our Christmas stay at Al Habtoor Palace was absolutely delightful, filled with elegance, festive charm, and exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the warm greetings and luxurious ambiance set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Our room no. 360- both was a haven of comfort and sophistication, beautifully decorated for the season, and offering every amenity we could wish for. The festive decorations throughout the hotel added a magical touch, making the holiday feel extra special. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially towards our children. They went above and beyond to make them feel welcome, even providing drawing materials to keep them entertained. This thoughtful touch truly made our stay more enjoyable as a family. A special thank you to Shakoor from housekeeping, whose attention to detail and warm hospitality ensured our suite was always immaculate and welcoming. The overall experience was fantastic, from the stunning surroundings to the impeccable service. Al Habtoor Palace made our Christmas period truly memorable, and we look forward to returning soon!

It would make sense to have child slippers in the rooms, given that the floors are made of marble... During the night it can get loud because of construction works around (however this is not hotels fault).

This beautiful grand hotel reminds me of when I stayed at the Dorchester in London . It’s palatial with beautiful decor and furnishings and all the staff are professional and courteous and friendly. My room was very grand , very big with every amenity you could want with a huge marble bathroom and tub , it was spotless . Some beautiful lounges to sit and have a cappuccino while listening to a pianist playing . There are numerous restaurants on site and breakfast was the best experience iv had. Part buffet , part Al e carte , In the beautiful, tranquil bq kitchen on the first floor . Fresh omelettes made to order , juices , everything you could wish for , no one should be disappointed and the waiters were amazing and attentive . The French toast made for me was amazing . Room service was equally as good and food cooked to perfection . The roof top pool is a tranquil setting and is lagoon style . Spent some lovely time there relaxing with waiter service for food and drinks , it was just lovely . The beauty of this hotel is that it provides free transport to their sister hotel , the Waldorf Astoria on the palm , to their guests , so that you can use their beach , if you like the beach . I did this a couple of days and was taken and collected by a very friendly driver , he was excellent, kind and very professional . Habtoor also provides free shuttle service to and from the Dubai mall and other Habtoor hotel facilities . This is a particularly great service to be offered by the hotel and reassuring for solo travellers. I’m completely blown away by this beautiful , palatial hotel . Nothing short of superb . A very small negative is all the diffusers throughout the hotel . They really are too strong and should be subtle not over powering . Maybe the hotel could move them away from peoples rooms and only have by the lifts , this would be more than sufficient.

The hotel is located next to the Dubai canal, with a great walk to the beach one way and to the City the other way. It has easy access to Taxis, Careem Bike rentals (great fun) and the water taxi. I have stayed in a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels over the years, and can honestly say that this is easily the best I have ever stayed in. The room was fabulous, the staff wwere all amazing and go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is really special/ A special mention to Ijaz in the restaurant who was incredibly attentive with all of the guests. Don't hesitate to book this hotel, and make sure that yoiu go to the show 'Le Perle' which is next door to the hotel.

There is a lot of construction going on in Dubai, which can be a little bit noisy, but I guess that is because the city is growing so fast.

For my planned activities Al Habtoor Palace was located perfectly in the middle between downtown Dubai and the harbour. I was very pleased with the service and friendliness of the Al Habtoor team, no wish remained unoticed nor not taken care of. I have even been offered a more spacious room than I had originally booked. The photos do the hotel justice. The only things that could elevate the experience at Al Habtoor Palace even more in my mind are: - also using the wonderful AC scent on the upper floors that is used in the Lobby - making the drink niche at the pool a bit cosier - finding a way to keep the temperature in the gym lower and extend or replace certain devices by other ones (I am a Gym regular) - a possibility to book spa appointments on short term, meaning for the next day or so I really enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend al Habtoor Palace. I can imagine to revisit the hotel during my next vacation in Dubai.

I do not know of enough superlatives to describe this property. I stay at hotels in many locations, and I have stayed with the Al Habtoor team in Dubai several times now. To begin: (1) the breakfast is amazing, there are different types of home-made almond and peanut butter, tehina, breads, fresh fruit, an oasis of flavours and foods, in short; (2) the service is subtle and perfect -- the Pakistani barista remembers exactly how I like my cappuccino and knows that I like two. He reads my mind about the healthy vegetable juice that I enjoy....(3) The deluxe room and the suite are spacious and comfortable, with room to work and/or relax. (4) The staff is super nice, international, welcoming, and very personable. (5) The front lobby team is always at the ready to assist with ordering a taxi, arranging transport, taking your bags and in general, just being helpful and professional. I scratched my head trying to think about something I could find wrong with the room(s) and hotel....I may have lost a clump of hair in doing so, but voila....one of the numerous lights in the chandelier in my deluxe room was out - so I found something! This place may be the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I always look forward to returning. Thank you Al Habtoor team!

The fact that taxis often confuse the location with the old Hilton around the corner -- this obviously has nothing to do with the Habtoor, but perhaps location tracking could be more accurate?

Every person we encountered at Al Habtoor Palace contributed to making us feel so welcome and at home. Their genuine kindness, friendliness, and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. One of the standout features of this hotel is the exclusive partnership with the Waldorf Astoria in Palm Jumeirah, which allows guests to enjoy the pristine beach and stunning facilities of the Waldorf. It was a true luxury to spend time at the beach, just a short trip away from the hotel, and have access to such beautiful surroundings. The beach experience added a perfect touch to the overall stay, providing an ideal balance between relaxation and adventure. The hotel’s facilities are simply impeccable. I recently stayed at Al Habtoor Palace in Dubai and had an amazing experience overall. The hotel is absolutely stunning – from the luxurious decor to the impeccable cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and a truly refined atmosphere. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and the staff were consistently professional, courteous, and helpful. Every detail felt thoughtful and high-end, and it really made my visit special.

Unfortunately, my experience with the valet parking on the day of checkout was very disappointing. I handed over my car card and ended up waiting 35 minutes for my vehicle, during which the valet team seemed disorganized and dismissive. Their attitude was quite careless and unhelpful, which was frustrating—especially as I was rushing to catch a flight. Despite this issue, the hotel itself is outstanding, and I would definitely consider returning. I hope they improve the valet service to match the otherwise exceptional standard they set.
