Amazing Hotel. Great location.

The hotel receptionist John, very rude and an unpleasant person to talk to. His attitude stinks. Really destroyed our mood. I would not book at this hotel if I have to see him at reception. Condescending attitude, seemed like a race issue, as we noticed he was very pleasant towards European patrons. Took him 45 minutes to arrange a porter to our room. We usually stay at Atlantis Roayl or Palm, and the service there is impeccable. John, if you want to work in the hospitality industry, then you need to he pleasant towards your guests and treat all guests the same. Lady at Concierge was very good and polite.

Very nice beach with plenty of sunbeds. Very good service at the beach. Breakfast was good. Spa facilities are very nice, opening hours in the evening should be a bit longer.

Room is too dark and could use an update. Cleaning in the room could be better. We expected a little more of the offerings in the executive lounge. Pretty much the same every day. At some times difficult to get a Dubai taxi, hotel taxis are expensive.

The hotel is beautiful, the kids club is amazing, the beach club is super nice and also the pool area. We also enjoyed the a la carte restaurants a lot and the staff is working hard to fulfill all your needs. If the hotel is busy make sure you book restaurants in advance. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and the critics are small problems which can be solved easily.

The hotel was super busy, therefore the buffet breakfast was very chaotic with long waiting times. Unfortunately the typical sunbed reservation with towels was not stopped by the hotel, so you saw people at 8 am going to the pool, block their sunbeds and do not return for hours but when you arrived at 9.30 you would not get a sunbed for the full day. This does not really fit to a 5 star hotel in Dubai and the hotel should really find a solution for this.

The room was nice but with a very loud Air conditioning..Which is strange for an hotel of this class..I asked the room service twice to fix the loud air-conditioning The furniture in the room start to get old and need refreshing Breakfast is just great Pool is clean and superb

The staff called me several times to pay the spa extras I asked them several times to put the charges on my room but without a success To be called 5 times in row on my mobile and 5 times in my room on my room number is just not polite?!!

The hotel is more like a Palace and the service and staff were exceptional without exception. From the moment we arrived and our bags were taken from the taxi (and we were greeted by name) to the smooth check in or the attentive service at the pool...there was nothing to fault! Our room was beautiful, clean and well stocked and the bath was something extraordinary in its size and grandeur. The bed was comfortable and the pillows luscious. The level of cleanliness was incredible 24/7 The pool was lovely and the areas surrounding had an adult only area which was much appreciated. Attendants came regularly with lollies, iced towels, face spritz and sunglass cleaning services. The pool loungers were extremely comfortable and there were plentiful towels We had a club room and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, drinks, breakfast, afternoon teas and the canape's and cocktails. The staff servicing knew our drinks orders including at breakfast where one person had oat milk and vanilla in a latte without being reminded. I loved the e-butler service for any need for example to query something or to book a restaurant. Location wise and views of the palm were exceptional. Taxi's were instant when called and inexpensive to the city centre I will without a doubt be returning and I thank all the staff for making our trip truly memorable and special

Absolutely nothing to dislike!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Dubai and the last time I came I stayed at Zabeel. It still looks brand new. It felt to good to return. Travelling with family with allergies, I was apprehensive about Dubai with the use of nuts in a lot of dishes. However the chef Krishna (forgive if not correct spelling) and the catering team were exceptional. The catering team and bakery went over and above to look after us. I felt very reassured. Everyday the chef met us to talk about what they could do for her but, egg and dairy allergy. Including special fresh croissants, focaccia bread, and all sorts of puddings. it was almost as though they felt it was a good challenge for the catering team to come up with something just as delicious but without the allergens. It was amazing every day. I would have no hesitation recommending the hotel. The room was amazing as my previous visit. My daughter was really impressed as well. Special mentions to Sunil, William, Muneesh. Donna, Della, Lilik, Ankur, Krishner and Ebaneezer. They made the stay incredible and are an asset to the business and would be the main reason for me to choose the hotel again next time. Their dedication to the hotel is stunning. Once again if a family member has allergies and you are concerned, be assured they will look after you.

Couldn't fault anything. Incredible stay. Staff were fantastic. I didn't want to find things wrong with it and came away with an experience I cannot pick holes in,

You can’t close the beach for renovation and not informed your clients before they arrive

Best hotel I’ve ever been to. I felt pampered by all of the staff all the time. They bring you towels and put them on the sun beds for you at the beach and at the pool. The number of towels you can get is unlimited. The spa is included in your stay cost and you can use all the facilities there. The only thing you would have to purchase are treatments. I will miss my included breakfasts the most, I stayed for a week and had something different every day. Your room will also never look dirty as they clean it multiple times.

I bought a 20$ coffee in the lobby cafe which was the most expensive coffee in my life. I understand that prices in the hotel are always higher than anywhere, but this was too much.

Room was extremely clean and spacious. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choices and restaurants food was excellent.

Loved the yoga & meditation classes, really authentic. Very happy to find such great classes at a beach resort. We’re gonna come back for sure! Very kind and professional front desk staff. Really appreciated the early check-in after the flight, Thank you. Breakfast is very good, good quality&variety. Restaurant staff is also kind and polite. Beach are is very well maintained and providing complimentary cold water is a really nice touch. You can always find available sunbeds, no need to wake up early to reserve them, we loved this about this hotel.

Quite far from everything, this is the only thing about this hotel we did not like. A speedboat shuttle to JBR would be a great idea.
