Convenient location. Good sleep. Clean comfortable rooms with plenty of free parking. A short walk across car park to the m5 services with shops, petrol and food outlets available. Ideally located for sight seeing and about 30 mins from Bristol. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast included in price, was advised I could get this at the motorway services north bound adjacent to the hotel, but had to walk across motorway footbridge to the south side services to use the breakfast voucher. Just an extra five minute walk but the breakfast was quite nice.

The bed was soft and comfortable. The chair and chair bed were very comfortable . The bathroom was a good size. The bath had a bath mat. There was a towel rail but although hot on arrival , it must be timed some where. The car park by Days Inn was separate from the Services car park. In the reception area there were two tables and some chairs where people could eat outside their room. The toaster was a good idea.

My wifi was intermittant in the morning and my TV suffered with sound problems twice. There was an odd job man on site all day. So they might have many problems in some rooms. On the other hand ,it is good to have an odd job man always available.

The good sized room had a comfortable bed. A large worktable and a long dressing table with a large TV above on the wall. Using this room for studying and 'zoom' lectures the extra work space was ideal. There was a spacious bathroom with a warm towel rail. The wifi worked well. It was very useful to have a kitchen area in the reception area with a a microwave and a toaster. It was also possible to eat at a table if required.

I have stayed at this hotel for 2 breaks in 2 weeks. Both times studying. This room was definitely superior to my original room. So nothing disliked

Very easy check-in and location, though just far enough away from the motorway (and with good enough soundproofing) that, even on the ground floor, we weren't bothered by the noise. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt clean, if a little old. Bathroom was perfectly fine, though it was a shower over a bath; water pressure and temperature was decent, but would have preferred a standalone cubicle. You can drive out the back onto local roads, which made it simple to pop out for dinner or to explore the local area.

The rooms are a little old and we would have preferred a proper shower and larger towels. But small things and will likely stay again.

Hotel was definitely one of the better Days inn we have stopped at. The room itself was a good size and clean had tea & coffee making facilities and a even a small fridge. A microwave and a toaster are located in the reception area (the latter we used in the morning for some toast). You can also obtain plates, glasses and cutlery from reception as well as a small range of snacks and drinks. The lady on reception was very pleasant and informative. For a meal, you can either use the services facilities (Burger King, KFC etc) or there are restaurants and takeaways a short drive a way. As long as you are not expecting 5star, the hotel more than meets your needs for an overnight break.

Not really a dislike as such, but we stopped over going southbound. You cannot get to the hotel from the southbound services. You have to get off either at J13 or J14 and use the A38 to get to it. Not a huge detour, but worth noting.

Location was excellent Dogs allowed and a decent walk behind the hotel fir walking them. Staff have been exemplary throughout our stay...we were originally booked in for 7 nights so got to know them well. Had minii fridge,fan and tea making facilities in the room. Shower was hot and fierce Great value for money...and was no issues with extending our stay

Very quiet, clean room & comfortable beds in our family room. Perfect for our 1 night stay. Lovely powerful shower. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room as well extra tea & coffee supplies & a small snack shop with microwave & toaster available in the reception area for guests to use 24/7. Friendly & very helpful lady receptionist gave us some extra towels. Hotel is conveniently situated in the Michaelwood Services on the M5 motorway. Nearby 24 hour BP garage with M&S food. With KFC, Burger King, Starbucks, WH Smiths & Little Waitrose in the main Services area approx 5 mins walk away from the hotel, across the car park, however these shops close at 10.00 pm.

It was clean and tidy and suited our needs for the time we were there. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

There was nothing to dislike. I was concerned when I had a shower. Although there were safety features in the bath base it was still very slippery. I left a message with reception and they were going to look into it to ensure there would be no accidents.

Comfy bed. Decent sized room, opening windows for ventilation. Very helpful staff.

Bathroom particularly looking a little tired, with mould showing. Perhaps different more eco products would make a difference? It was dark when I arrived, and I missed the turning to the hotel - did not see any signage. Was there any? Hotel was in bit of a dip behind trees - basically guests need to know not to follow car park signs, but to go Left!
