The Hotel offers free parking which is very important as it gives you one less thing to think about. The room was modern and had a fridge which was excellent for storing milk and drinks. The location is perfect as buses are frequent on Hagley Road which take you straight into town.

When there are events such as Weddings or Birthdays at the Hotel, this creates a parking issue for guests at the hotel and excludes you from parking due to event. It's not very nice to find parking completely full when you return to the hotel from a long business day. What I don't understand is why do you have to give your car registration as a guest when event guests do not have to. I believe they should give hotel guests priority and event guests can only park if there is enough space or park on the side streets.

The room was well designed and well appointed. The hospitality tray was generously supplied and the flat-screen TV was more than adequate for the size of the room. The bathroom was well appointed

The hotel is in the process of refurbishment and my room was a little 'tired' - there were a few small holes in the plaster, a drawer was missing from the bedside cabinet and there were some pieces of veneer missing from the wardrobe and desk units. It was very difficult to find the light switches and the bathroom ceiling had some black mould. The carpet also had some stained areas. The bed was very comfortable but the mattress had rigid sides which made getting in and out of bed rather uncomfortable

it was near restaurants you could eat out from. my daughter enjoyed the free teas and hot chocolate.

car park was a nightmare, they had a wedding reception and no where to park. but the security gentleman was an absolute star who helped to park the car. the soap dispensers were broken and no soap. some rooms had mould on the ceiling. bathroom had no lock Also people were been disrupting outside the rooms all night long ( not fault of the hotel)

Firstly Let me say the staff are exceptional here! They go above and beyond too help especially Richard at Reception along with Daniel :) I am 8 months pregnant and needed some extra assistance, Richard made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He even changed my room promptly when I didn’t feel comfortable in the first one and had extra pillows brought up for my bump. When my food delivery arrived, it was cold so I asked Richard if I could heat it up. Daniel then came and swiftly heated up my meal :) Thank you both.

The bathroom seemed new and the quality of tiling was great. The condiments included drinking chocolate, which other hotels don't have. There is a fridge and iron in the room. Two armchairs and one table along with a table chair. A good size wardrobe with a safe in it. The check-in time was 2pm

The carpets were old and the bed wasn't firm enough for me, others may like that, but not for me.

the room was good, bed was very big and comfortable and the room size itself was big. very easy check in, staff were polite. free parking was available with plenty of spaces also the hotel was sold out and we didn’t hear any noises from other room or when people were in the corridors so that was good.

There was a mini fridge/microwave and a second bed in the room so would of been pretty decent for a family if the bathrooms wasn't an issue. It was very clean and staff went above and beyond to help us. The location wasn't too far from train station/arena as we were there for a BMTH gig.

The ensuite bathroom door handle was broken off so if we had shut the door we would of got stuck in there, there was holes in the bathroom door at the back so clearly someone had been stuck before; also no shampoo/bodywash in the bathroom. No remote for the TV.

A little tired and dated in places, but entirely comfortable, clean, functional, and safe. Location is good, and the bathroom appeared fairly newly fitted.

They had such a lovely big open common area/dining area downstairs, it would have been nice if there was some kind of breakfast or something going on to entice you to spend time there.

Housekeeping staff were attentive and professional. A lovely lady with black hair (sorry can’t remember her name) went above and beyond each morning to make sure I had clean towels, toiletries, fresh bedding etc.

Wifi connection wasn’t the best in the room, however it still worked was just slow at times.

no catering- no breakfast service (paid or complimentary) or restaurant although very close to a beefeater not too far from town centre and shops.
