The beds are comfy and the chairs. The staff are helpful and we slept really well. We stayed in a 3 bed room and it was a good size. The bath 🛁 and shower 🚿 are ageing but do still work to do the job of getting us clean. Lots and lots of clean towels. The windows 🪟 open to let cool air in. Plenty of parking and considering the size of the hotel and right near a main road it was very quiet. The hotel is close to Botanical Gardens and the local Reservoir which are both worth a visit as very beautiful and peaceful. Cucina Rustica is a gorgeous Italian restaurant and the food was excellent and service wonderful. Wall Street burgers for a take away was brilliant too.

For the price of just over £100 a night to stay in Birmingham for 3 people there isn't much to say here.

Great location for business travellers. Lots of free parking on site. It’s more akin to an American style motel, like mini apartments, I really like the format.

I really don’t want to criticise this place, it’s so cheap and the staff are so nice. It’s a little dated, even some redecoration would go a long way, just to make the rooms feel a bit more up to date. If you can see past that then it’s a good spot and great value for money. It’s clean and comfortable, I stay here every time I work in Birmingham.

This place is more like an American motel, like mini apartments rather than a traditional British hotel. Loads of free parking, great location, not far from the city centre. The staff are friendly, polite, laid back and friendly. I stay here every time I visit Birmingham with work.

It’s looking a little tired and could do with a bit of effort putting into it. Room carpets could do with a clean but for the price I really don’t want to criticise this place, I really like it.

The property is centrally located. Check in is pretty smooth. Housekeeping can get better. So can breakfast served. It’s pretty average. The lobby and reception area needs some repairs and roof is dripping when it rains. However rooms are good and decent sized.

The price charged is mainly for its location. The only reason I stayed here was because I didn’t get a place in a nearby hotel which is much better and at the same price.

The location and ambience And there was a old man(sorry I can't remember his name so I'm mentioning it) he was really nice We made a late check in, we were asking him glasses,plates cutlery and beers etc etc without hesitating he gave us with smile and dominating his age he always comes with smile from the computer

There was no elevator from 2nd floor we have carry our big luggage on stairs And breakfast we have to book the previous day or else you end up without having breakfast So we have to go out to eat

From the outside this does not look like a great hotel, however the rooms were clean, great location to get to the city centre and it has free parking on site. Close to a Tesco Express and a few takeaways. It's quite dated but actually very well maintained and it was very quiet.

The hotel suite was large, slept 6 even though we booked a room for 4. It was clean, a little dated but did everything we needed from a hotel room.

It was a very warm room. This meant we had to have the windows open and the roads outside were loud but it wasn't too bad.

The room and bathroom were very good. The bed was very comfy. Tea making facilities were very good. Very good Wi-Fi and the room was noise-proof. Despite we stayed one night, it was worth it. We will surely come again if events brings us to that location

No lift in our building. We have to carry our heavy luggage up through the staircase. Not palatable at all. Absolute deficiency in the building

Good value with a feel of needs modernising but actually it's clean tidy and a retro feel is welcoming and required now and again

No walking distance 24 convenience stores but reception does have a selection of snacks and drinks available

It was well located as we were going to the arena, on arrival it was a little daunting as looked like a residential setting and felt a bit uncomfortable but once we got into our room it was clean and comfortable. Would not recommend if people are looking for a lively hotel bar etc but it suited myself and my daughter with a nice room and as alot of people do not eat a cooked breakfast (meat/pork) we were catered for and the lovely gentleman cooked us a fresh breakfast when we sat in the dining room (thank you young man) just one thing and am sorry to say I love mushrooms but couldn't eat them did not taste right but much appreciated.
