First of all, 57 pounds for 4 of us is amazing. we weren't expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised , i came with my best friend and our mothers we were welcomed in our room with little shampoos and soaps on the beds with towels.it was all clean and tidy and smelled lovely. my friend and I stayed in the bunk beds and our mother's stayed in the double bed the only thing is that I'd of liked a extra pillow but I'll bring one next time as my friend and I will be back just leave the mother's at home 😂

Nothing, it was a great room and location

No staff on site, but no issues key code was sent before we arrived and they phoned to make sure all was okay. Expected double bed and bunk beds and after reading the reviews I expected to wipe my feet on the way out. But I was pleasantly suprised with a double bed and 2 single beds very clean, white towels included, room number 10 top floor tea and coffee facilities, perfect location. Very happy

The price Helpful on phone When we needed kettle they come. Location was good We going to go back again soon.

Could of had more toilet roll Staff could come to welcome us. The map sent us to South before we found the hotel, need better directions. TV u had to turn off then on to turn TV over.

Me and my partner stayed here with are 4 Year grandson ,was very clean easy access very close to all the main attractions will stay here again

Nice room, lovely comfy beds, hot shower, lovely white clean bedding, loads of coffee, milk etc. easy set up to get keys

the family in the room next door noisy. woke us up knocking 6 am not hotel's fault. would stay again

Room was clean, bed's was comfortable, no tv remote so i asked staff & staff give us a new one so my 2 boy's was happy

Close to town, comfortable beds, own shower and toilet that was brill.

No breakfast unless you pay extra should get free. Plug sockets where to low to ground.

didn’t meet or see any staff members it says checkout is 10am in the room but if you call up oyo they say it’s 11am not 10am
