We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights the host was amazing very clean room beds so comfy didn't want to get out plenty of tea milk sugar in room. You really felt part of the family Kelly mingled with all guests myself and my granddaughter loved it so much we will definitely be returning as. Soon as we can and will also be recommending this hotel (Talbot House on Vance road Blackpool ). To all friends neighbours and family .

The bathroom light didn’t work so wasn’t able to have a shower and had to use the toilet in the dark. The bed mattress had a large dip in it which caused me to slide across the bed.

Very friendly and good value.

Bathroom needed general maintenance and new silicon to make it up to scratch. Bathroom bulb needed replacing. Top half of the bed felt like it had dropped. No soap/shower gel provided.

I wasn’t expecting a lot from this b&b because it was did t cost a lot to stay here, but have to say we where all very surprised how clean and nice the place is, the beds where very comfortable with plenty of storage for us all , and the host is lovely, I would definitely stay here again.

It was a great area for where we were going and nice view of the tower 🗼😁 also Sue who was looking after the property was a very nice lady 😁

The ensuite had some damp and needed a bit of work

Location was perfect, easy access to all amenities. Room was clean and tidy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Owner was really helpful when we contacted her.

You get what you pay for, it was cheap and cheerful, it was quiet, had a working tv, toilet, shower, wifi, a double bed, kettle etc, what do ya want for £35 a night

Rooms was clean and tidy lovely greeting upon arrival anything you needed Sue would help your requirements would highly recommend great prices and friendly staff.

it was near to where we needed to go each day

it was myself and my daughter, but no one really spoke when we checked in and checked out . the room was ok, some rubbish from previous people but bed was ok. there was a smoking smell when we went in the shower room.

Half a toilet roll in the room . Bathroom door was very loose . Mattress was very hard and springy
