Superb location for the town centre and Rebellion Festival. Cafes nearby and late night chippys just up the road. Lovely, easy going, helpful, friendly owners. The room suited my needs.

This isn't a negative, just information for others. No en suite, but there is a toilet and sink in the room. There is a shared shower room along the corridor. This didn't cause me a problem.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful and very welcoming, it was great just chatting with them and felt really comfortable. Although I personally didn't have breakfast, the room was spotless with everything I needed, as was the bathroom! Also, the hosts would ask if I needed anything and if I did then it happened immediately! (not really happened in other hotels, so thank you Paulyne and Russell!!). Brilliant holiday. 👍👍👍👍👍😘

I am just saying that the seagulls should go to sleep occasionally. 😂

The location was perfect , right in the middle of Blackpool near town centre, tower ,restaurants , beach and entertainment. The breakfast was cooked fresh every morning,large full English and piping hot. The couple who owned the hotel were very helpful.

For me it was just lovely, i can’t think of anything that would need improvement. The beds were very comfortable and also a nice quiet place for sleeping and certainly the biggest single room I’ve ever had in Blackpool boarding

As someone very nervous and anxious about travelling, the hosts were fantastic at being welcoming, attentive and relaxing, and were very flexible on breakfast, which was useful for my work schedule whilst I was in town. The location was superb and so close to the town centre, allowing me to get to work and the other attractions and shops in town very quickly. Having keys that allowed me to get in and out of the building at unsocial hours was also a massive plus for my schedule. The price was also fantastic, and fit comfortably into my work budget. Ideal for those coming to Blackpool to work at the Winter Gardens/Opera House.

The owners were lovely, really attentive chatty and breakfast was amazing, great value!

The bed was super uncomfortable but I know this is personal preference. It was super bouncy and there was a 3 inch gap either side to the wall which I kept getting wedged in. But I appreciate its a b&b and therefore its not gonna be huge. I thought for the price it was a bit expensive but I also understand it was peak time and therefore everyone charges more at this time. Bed light didn't work but I also didn't mention it so didn't give the chance to rectify

Clean, friendly, very comfy beds and good location.

Would have been even better to have a small shelf by the bed to place glasses/phone on where there was no space for bedside table.

Perfect location. Room was very clean, comfortable and the TV worked. The hosts, Russell & Pauline, were very helpful & friendly. Free WIFI. The Breakfast options were excellent. Will be booking here again next year. Wonderful stuff.

Nothing was bad.

We have been coming here since our 13th wedding anniversary for our annual weekend away it was this year our 18th absolutely the best b&b in Blackpool best breakfast and so looked after wouldn’t stay anywhere else

I literally can't praise this place enough! Pauline is the most warm and welcoming host and she has a really special quality where she makes you instantly feel at home. The house is immaculate and you can see how loved and well kept it is. Our room was perfect with everything that we could need. Twin beds were lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Location for the tower was brilliant. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. What excellent value for money!

The full English breakfast has to be up there with the best ever breakfast I have had. I can cook myself but that beats my cooking easily. Brilliant hosts can’t do enough to help you. I even got invited in for a chat with there family. Lovely people and I have been in a lot of bbs and hotels in my life. But never been treated like I had here. Thank you for letting me stay.
