Both owners and manager absolutely fantastic the place it's modest but...but their level of professionalism it makes up for it...

I can not fault it...as everyone works extremely hard to make us feel as comfortable as possible.. In other words we arrive as guests and live as family...No money in the world can buy that!!

didn't have breakfast but the location was spot on. If you were to get the coach then this place is a 2 minute walk if that . Great location for Tower, coral island, sea life , main shops and amusements .

The beds were comfortable all bedding was clean Room was warm WiFi was good Room was good value for money when you just want somewhere to sleep The staff were very helpful

Curtains were hanging down but reported to staff who resolved the problem The toilet chain handle went round and round Room could have been a little cleaner Room was noisy from passing traffic and drunks outside shouting No one on reception to hand keys into so they were left in the lobby way

I only stayed for one night but everything in the room was fine and the young lad on reception was very helpful.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Was right in the middle off location where everything was near by on the North side blackpool.. walking distance to the tower, madam tussards.. good bar called the castle with good entertainment on a Saturday night with funny dj all we did was laugh from second we walked in till the end. Hotel was warm also the en suit was small but for what you pay is what u get while your away.. we will use again for sure.

Very good location..the staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough for us. The sheets and towels were very clean, towels changed daily. Comfortable beds. I know they are going to be doing the place up too after speaking to the staff.

They have only just taken over this place and I know they are going to do some refurbishments. The carpets are old and tired and need replacing, which they are going to do. The rooms are very small,but was fine for what we needed.

location was perfect just a stones throw away from the sea front easy parking and staff were very friendly.

toilet was a bit cramped but for value for money it was perfect.

The staff were really friendly and the rooms where clean and warm especially after getting wet through I'd definitely book again

The bed was comfy but a little small but OK for 1 night and having to go outside to make a phone call as the room was at the back of the hotel which the signal was rubbish

Absolutely stressful my granddaughters was so upset people drinking on the front only to find out one of them was checking us in room not hoovered stains on bedding i would never go again!
