Was very clean and tidy, and smelled lovely. Our room was a good size and bathroom was perfect. It was close enough to walk almost everywhere, but not too close that we could get a good night's sleep without too much noise etc.

Was unusual that we barely saw another person, only one member of staff (however the hotel was kept very clean and smelled lovely) we didn't know when/if breakfast could be ordered or if/when the bar area was open. Only because we noticed a door open at one point did we know where the bar was as no one gave us any info

Fantastic location, brilliant venue for money. The gentleman who looked after us there couldn't do enough for us he was absolutely fantastic, so kind and welcoming and really made us feel welcome and at home.

The bed could have been more comfortable but for the price we paid it was not a issue at all

The Westbourne House hotel was a pleasant surprise. We were greeted by a young girl who was very pleasant. I stayed in Room 1 with my husband. It had a double bed and a child's single bed. The room was decorated very nicely, and it was clean. The pics and the wallpaper were quite glittery and snazzy. I think the rooms have not been long modernised. The bathroom was nice and clean and sparkly cladding in there too. I didn't book breakfast as fancied an extra hour in bed but I could smell it and it bloody smelled nice :) There was plenty of tea and coffee in the room with proper sized mugs.Clean towels and some little biccies and handwash as an extra touch .There is a little bar downstairs. Unfortunately we didn't get to use it as we went out for meal and then to some cabaret afterwards.

TV was too small for me personally. I wear glasses.I like to chill and watch TV when I arrive and when I get back from the pub. There also was no shower in our room and it did state that there was via booking .com. Showed a 'shower' symbol. No biggie though for either thing, it wouldn't detract from me staying again.

Great location, my room had private bathroom which was a must. Room clean and tidy and was adequate for my one night stay.

Check in and check out could have been a bit smoother as no clear reception area, had to phone the number given but only took about 10 minutes to solve.

The beds were extremely comfortable... Great location as well... definitely stay there again.. and recommend to others.

Didn't see much of the owners so we got greeted when we arrived but then didn't see anyone not even when checking out... the room didn't have a private shower.

Was very warm and welcome from the moment we arrived 😀 Definitely be boooking here again, was very close to main areas & had no issue with our stay. Me My Three Children & Mother would like to say A Big Thank You.

Lovely welcome on arrival and they were a very friendly family whenever we had any contact with them. Made sure we were happy, and served a really lovely breakfast!! Bonus points for having some lovely dogs for us to pet!!

Nothing, as we knew we had booked a budget friendly accomodation. We were happy with a clean, spacious room to rest our head after a busy day. Yes, the room had a couple of niggles that could have been improved but these were basic things that truly didn't bother us, such as having a lightbulb out on one of the lamps. Having read previous reviews, we were slightly anxious, but needn't have been. Don't arrive expecting the ritz when you've paid for budget accomodation and you'll have a lovely stay!

Too many stairs but we maid it up them one room was clean the other room needed doing thanks to cleaner but the staff got straight on to it and made it nice for us when ever we run out of something the staff provided it for us the pub wasn't open when we got back which was a shame but we loved our time there and they had some beautiful puppies what I got to cee staff was brilliant rooms was nice beds was cumfy and definitely not far from everything was easy to get to where we wanted would recommend it for a family

Ask if people have conditions that can't get up stairs and put them on a lower floor and do checks after the cleaner has been in room to make sure job is done.

Excellent location near all the main attractions room comfy. Do nice booked again for November.

Nothing really got what I was expecting just could fo with the WiFi password on show but then again I vould off asked for it .

Cute room feels at home

I really like this place its a cute hotel with nicely decorated and clean. Single room needs a fan but no complaints otherwise! Great location shops one way and all central pier the other. Staff just to say thanks for borrowing me a charger when mine was broken 🙂 Its probably the first hotel in Blackpool ive felt at home with a nice cup of tea and TV 😄
