Myself and 2 friends with 5 children stayed at this hotel all I can say that the hotel itself was very clean and we were made so welcomed the children absolutely loved staying here and they just adored the owners the owners all I can say had the patience of saints with us all they were so generous even treating the girls to cakes and biscuits we got to know the owners personally and had our little yarns in the mornings and throughout the day we all felt at home comfortable I cannot thank these owners enough for giving us the best stay in Blackpool and we will most definitely be back soon to stay

Location was incredibly good and convenient from the Winter Gardens. Situated in a quiet street. My room was number 10. Topmost room, and that did not matter. Room was mostly tidy and clean and reasonable size for the price. Tea and Coffee provided.

The Shower pressure was a little more than a concentrated drip! Power shower needed if pressure low at top. The drawer I would have used was not cleaned, so kept clothes in my bag. I knew that the toilet would be separate but did not appreciate it would be several floors down!

The room was clean and tidy the room had reasonable facilities the bed was freshly made with plenty of pillows The room and a nice veiw

the hotel could provide more coffee and milk to guests, as these seem very limited. The hotel needs to update the details on booking.com as it was previously owned by an LGBTQ couple and now it isn't.

GOwners are lovely, very friendly and great with the children. Allowed us to leave buggy at the bottom of the stairs. Also had a bag full of sand toys to lend out to the children which was a nice touch. Room also had alot more floor space than expected so our 1year old could toddle around. There was no parking outside hotel (but it cant be expected when so close to centre) but carpark was close enough to be able to nip back and forth.

The sheet on the single bed wasnt quite big enough for the mattress so kept coming off overnight.

The hotel was fantastic it was in a great location the only downside was there was no parking so you have to add parking on top of your hotel price but the car park was liar the bottoms of the street. The lady and gentleman that run the hotel are absolutely amazing they couldn’t of helped more I traveled with a baby and they was amazing with her they sorted her night time bottle out for me and made sure we had everything we needed we will definitely be coming back

Absolutely AMAZING.. Best hosts in Blackpool.. excellent location.. felt extremely comfortable with the children, the hosts could not do more for us even if they tried. Made us feel welcome and was extremely homely. Clean and welcoming. My husband thought the beds were more comfortable than our beds at home. Would 100% recommend and we will definitely be going back.. thankyou for making us have a wonbreak away.

There was not anything we didn't like. We loved everything.

The staff were really friendly and the view and location were brilliant we got to see the tower from our bedroom window lite up every night the room was lovely and the bed was very comfy

The only downfall was having to go down a floor to use the bathroom especially as it was only me and my son bit hard to go the toilet if my child is asleep would be even more brill if they did breakfast but they don't but I would definitely still stay there again

The guy and his wife are absolutely amazing they can’t do enough for you I wanted to stay an extra night and they bent over backwards for us so we could stay and also helped my sister in law with a room for her and her kids I honestly can’t rate here enough

Hotel clean and tidy the hosts were very nice and remembered me and my daughter from our stay last year

I had low expectations with the reviews that I read but the experience I had was outstanding. The owners were very nice and joyful, the bad reviews are lying. I 100% recommend the stay. If you look for a bad experience you’re going to get a bad experience no matter where you go, all the reviews done it to themselves. The stay was great.
