The room and beds are very clean hosts where friendly, the atmosphere when you walked into the hotel was really friendly. Breakfast was nice they gave options for the two little one. But overall, I would recommend for families to stay at this hotel.

That there was no room to leave bags the next day until it was time for us to travel home with two toddlers, two prams, and two overnight heavy bags to carry around the activities we had booked for the little ones was a nightmare

had the most amazing stay. where the hotel was was perfect right in the centre of Blackpool but mostly nice and quiet at night time but they again me and my kids can sleep though anything. Also the breakfast was amazing and kept me had the kids full more most of the day which is a amazing thing. definitely going to book again next year. also the fact I've said we book for my daughter birthday got there and there was a card and some cupcakes for her thought that was an amazing unexpected touch.

there wasn't anything I didn't really like many a few more plug sockets.

Friendly hosts nothing was too much trouble,hosts were very attentive, breakfast was excellent, room was cosy.

The owners and staff were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was to much trouble. Travelled alone with two small children and felt very safe staying in this hotel. Good quality breakfast at a reasonable time. Excellent location, within a few minutes walk of major attractions like the Tower, beach, amusements. Hotel very clean.

Lovely couple who made me feel very welcome. Ideally situated for the coach station, amusements, sea front, tower & shopping. Bed was so cozy and comfortable didn't want to get out of it! Breakfast was lovely and hot. Would stay again.

Gary & Gail perfect host made us feel more than welcome, breakfast by lynne & staff was excellent and plentiful, room was adequate, clean and comfy (although bed was a little too soft for my personal self) had a great sleep, hotel is in the perfect location (coral Island 5mins walk up the street).Will be definitely booking again.

Only 2 bath towels no hand towel, may have been an oversight by cleaners, if we had been staying more than 1 night I would have requested one.

lovely welcome when we got there. we were messaged to say rooms were ready, and we were put close together. breakfast was lovely, too. I'm really happy with our stay here and can't wait to return the end of September.

pillows weren't very comfy, but that's not a problem at all as I'm a fussy bugger so I will take one of my own next time.

Great location. Breakfast was lovely, well organised, and the staff were very friendly. It was our birthdays and the staff left us a card in our room which was very thoughtful. The hotel was lovely and clean and warm and comfortable

Location from the hotel to the shops and front was excellent hotel was very clean stuff were very friendly breakfast was very good we'll call again

Rooms at the outdated could do with a bit of modication but we will stay again
