What an absolute gem of a place to stay..everything about our stay was superb but above above all with the room/cleanliness/breakfast the person that runs this great place are really exceptionally nice.. nothing was to much trouble for this family …l urge you to look no further when searching accommodation in Blackpool as you will not find a better place ..all best to you nadine

Lovely hotel very helpful owner and young blond lady very helpful x old gentleman was very helpful and friendly too xx lovely breakfast perfect x perfect early check in and case was carried for me had level one so not many steps left how ever very accommodating over and blond young girl carried my luggage and let me have first floor bedroom one was lovely x really clean tidy beautiful decorated x lounge dining room and bar area perfect Thankyou x beautiful decoration really love the look very well thought out and creative

The location of the hotel was spot on. The owner was friendly the breakfast was amazing. Looking forward to stopping again soon. Room 7 was awesome, plenty big enough for 1 person.

I was asked to move rooms 2 days into my stay. I didn’t have a problem with this as the hotel had some maintenance to carry out in the room. However the bed was not as comfortable and the TV never worked (constant interference)

The host was friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was delicious, fresh and well cooked. Great coffee! It was a short walk to all the major tourist attractions and beach.

It was situated close to front, which was noisy during the night as it was a weekend stay. The room was a bit on the small side but we didn't spend too much time there so it didn't impact on us to much. There is no car parking. So we had to park in a council run carpark that was additional cost.

Location perfect for our needs of close to the winter gardens. Also perfect for town, central and north piers, the tower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable but please consider lowering the wood surround of the beds as they hurt your legs if sitting on edge of bed.

The toilet in room 3 what tight fit, never seen a toilet fitted in such a small gap and with the sink infront of it if your any bigger then a medium adult its extremely uncomfortable and tight. Please change your sausages in your breakfast as the rest is tasty food, the sausages taste like i imagine cardboard would

hotel was spotless, comfortable and welcoming. young lad who dealt with me couldnt do enough for me he carried my case up to my room and brought it down again prior to me leaving. he was chatty during breakfast talking about his family and the plans for the hotel and the future nothing too much trouble definately recommend. there are alot of hotels on that part of albert road so theres alot of competition. lovely double bed and clean bedding plenty of towels as well

no bath mat i fell even though i had a towel on the floor as water spilled out onto the floor breakfast could be improved - poor quality sausage just couldnt eat it milk jug was chipped

Good value. Decent brekkie. Clean. Friendly service. There was an unexpected problem with my room, which I was told about on arrival, and it was rectified straight away by offering us a different room.

There is no lift. Our room was up on the second floor with about 52 steps up to it, which with my arthritic knees was a challenge, although i could do it at a slow pace.

The location is fantastic. It was spotlessly clean. The room was fairly basic but had everything you might need ie, TV, tea coffee etc, and the room was very comfortable. I was greeted with a smile and quickly checked in. I had a room on the top floor which was fine for me but guests with mobility issues might struggle as there is no lift. The breakfast was spot on and me being a chef is high praise. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough, absolutely fantastic.

The man who greeted us at reception was very friendly and efficient during check-in. Also, meeting "Milo " was a real treat for our son 🙂 Lovely themed decor dining room. Breakfast was, made to order and juices and cereals were at our convenience. The man cut up our child's breakfast for him, very thoughtful. By far the most comfortable beds in Blackpool.Proper bedding and pillows. We will definitely be back,Thank you again.

John was a great host and put himself at our disposal during our stay. Location is spot on. Within walking distance to most amenities . Breakfast was spot on....with quick service.

No complaints... it served our purpose to our stay in Blackpool, which was attending The All England Ballroom open Championships .. was within walking distance to the Tower Ballroom, litterly just around the corner.
