Good value ensuite room, inclusive of breakfast.

There were no curtains up over the windows! It's a basic human right to have privacy. My makeshift newspaper curtains (photos attached) solved the problem. I didn't complain this time, however, I did when I was given the same room on another occasion.

Firstly you get what you pay for snd the hotel pricing reflects this. The room was clean, tidy, the bed comfortable and the curtains dark enough to keep the light out. Bathroom was clean and the shower provided enough hot water to have a good shower after my trip to Blackpool. The room itself had a few scrapes and scuffs and could go with a little TLC but it didn’t affect my trip in any way. Self check in was a nice touch as it made it effortless and saved time. Also coded entry meant no carrying keys or risking losing them in a night out. Breakfast was warm and I never had issues with getting enough to eat. Staff were easy to contact via text message and often responded tithing minutes to any messages sent. Location was amazing, just a couple minutes walk to the coach station. The same time you can dodo walk to the front and a choice of restaurants or bars.

As I said a few minor niggles with the decor being a little run down. However these are cosmetic issues and didn’t affect my stay as such

Breakfast was amazing, and I always believe it's the breakfast that makes a hotel. Self-service breakfast with hot food. Cereals. Toast and juices, etc. Loved the location right next to Coral Island. Keypad entry is so much easier than having to worry about losing keys. The guy is helping out at breakfast. Didnt rush you an let me know about fresh hot food coming out. Loved how cheap it was, and for that, I set my expectations. Some will say it needs redecorating, but would I pay extra for a bit of paint? No, it's the character of the hotel.

My only thing and this is a personal thing was a slight draft through the window but then again it's the middle of feb and Blackpool is always cold so prob wouldnt be noticeable in warmer weather.

I stay in Blackpool at least 8 times a year finally a decent hotel very clean and welcoming,the bedroom twin room lovely bathroom with nice shower towels provided and complementary shower gel shampoo,heating was on on arrival so the room was nice and warm ,tv with internet,staff very friendly but must give chef Ian a 10 for the breakfast and his hospitality,breakfast was full English has much has you liked also toast and cereal plenty of fresh juices ,Ian went above and beyond and greeted all the guest with a warm welcome,

This was an incredibly competitive price, and included a decent hot breakfast. I only met one member of the hotel team, and Apologies for not remembering his name, but he was extremely friendly and helpful. The pre-arrival information was extremely thorough too.

Clearly, for the price, this was never going to be the Ritz, so I have no issues to raise. Cheap and cheerful, clean, but basic. Parking nearby is the only drawback. Not much available other than expensive car parks. I was lucky though finding free parking a five minute walk away.

The staff here were amazing and so friendly especially Vicky lol the breakfast was really nice but didn't get the cooks name. The rooms were ok little bit off cosmetically (wallpaper peeling, flooring in bathroom missing a piece) but that is only if things like that bother you? It didn't bother us other than that the rooms were clean & tidy the beds were clean and really comfortable. Pillows and quilt were clean and really good condition (if not new). You get towels in your room. The room we had was a family room that has a double bed with TV and toilet an shower with a sink in your bathroom then in another room there's a single bed with single bunk beds and this also has it's own toilet and shower this was ideal for us. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this as a place to consider staying. This is ideal for coral island and the tower they are literally at the bottom of the road along with a corner shop a McDonald's a heron shop and a restaurant that's really nice food and not expensive.

Great clean room, all amenities in bedroom, ideal location as coral island at the end of the street. Beds are comfy and breakfast was nice

Fire alarm went off and we all had to gather outside at 5.40 in the morning in pjs with children which was massively inconvenient until they could get the alarm to stop, also a big dangerous broken floorboard and hole under the carpet in the dining room that myself amongst 3 other guests either foot fell into or tripped over , this needs correcting ASAP.

I didn't have breakfast as I was in rush to get home, the location of the Hotel is easily accessible, its close to the beach, coral island and the promenade! The shower was super powerful and the temperature was controllable, the bed was also super comfy and I had more than enough pillows! The room was super spacious, and also had a lot of storage, big wardrobe, a desk full of drawers, a bedside table with drawers, it was a worth the money! :)

The room was tidy, but not very clean. The toilet handle was awkward to use as it needed to be pulled backwards in order to flush it, the bathroom door didn't shut properly. Although it wasn't the hotels fault, there was a lot of noise from other guests, early hours in the morning singing/talking which is bound to happen when you see the location.

We stayed here for 1 night with our 2 young children for 1 night on a budget. It certainly met expectations! The room was very clean and spacious with everything you need in the room. Location fab it ls near to everything you need. The staff and other holiday makers was very welcoming and easy to get along with. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. No faults whatsoever. We enjoyed our stay that much we've booked again for just me n my husband for next week!! We also hope to book this place for our family holiday with all our children in August depending on availability. Overall loved it

Lovely comfortable bed 😄.Very basic room with a bath actually in the bedroom. Shocked at first but then found it hilarious. Like a scene out of steptoe and son having a bath/shower 🤣. .Breakfast was gorgeous couldn't fault that 😍 👌. Price was brilliant 👏. 3 night stay with friends so hardly in the room anyway 😀 Don't expect luxury but we were fine with it

Lack of a wardrobe or sidetable and a lamp would of been nice as was at back of the hotel so was a bit dark.Bar was closed as out of season so had nowhere to sit and chat with our friends as all stuck in different rooms, A lounge would be a brilliant addition 👌. What we requested was given in a matter of minutes ie toilet rolls etc
