Bed was comfortable, room was spacious.

Bathroom, banged my head a lot on the towel rack and the shower door didnt open wide enough for me a big guy to get in easily.

Couldn't fault it, my room was exceptionally clean. Everything was fresh, the view was good. The bed was exceptionally comfortable (I have sciatica and slept great), the ensuite bathroom was a decent size. Again, shower hear was fixed in place but it's a "rain shower", hot water basically on demand. Great place, for what I paid well worth the money. Recommend to anyone looking for a cheap, comfortable place to stay. It is a no frills kind of place, no breakfast, good decent sized mugs for morning brews though. Easily within walking distance of either North or South Blackpool.

Nothing, everything was spot on.

The landlady gave me the choice of rooms to go for a quieter one as one was in the shadow of the tower and she told me a story of even her struggling to sleep. The room was excellent the bed was so comfy especially the very thick big pillow which was bliss and it was very clean indeed. Also a brilliant location just round the corner from the end of the promenade and all the main things to do in Blackpool are only a short distance away.

This may have been my own fault but instructions of what to do when checking out would have been nice as I just left on the ledge cabinet just inside the front door.

The woman who runs this place is always very nice. This time she put me in a double room even though I'd only booked a single. I was very comfortable there. The shower had one of those big square heads, which was a real treat. The wifi was good. The price I paid was very reasonable for a weekend. And I had a great view of the Tower!

The only negative is that the location on a busy road means there can be quite a lot of noise from outside, but with the window closed it's really not a problem.

Yes its a little worn in places but that's standard for this level of accommodation, there were more expensive rooms on the same road without ensuite or wifi which is why I chose this. Location was ideal for me to work at the tower, I was worried there'd be street noise but it was fine in Feb (maybe different in peak season!).

The room was on cool side although the radiator worked fine so not an easy fix and the side lamp didn't work but to be fair I didn't have time to mention it to them.

I have stayed before and always been very happy The location is fabulous for me Just a minute walk from the seafront, the tower, tram and bus stops, coach station, shops and restaurants also just 15 min walk to Blackpool North station The rooms are clean and well presented with ensuite showers that are roomy and plenty hot water I think it's exceptional good value

There really isn't much I do not like I have never asked for breakfast as I go to the Albert and Lion Wetherspoons There is no lift but that's not a problem for me

Location is great for transport links and for food and entertainment locations. 2 minutes walk from the coach station and similarly to the front. Plenty of bars and restaurants working a 5 minute walk means lots of choice.

Can be a little noisy for those who sleep early due to the location and proximity to food and drink places. No issue for me but could be for some other travelers

This hotel took me and my children in within half an hour of calling and booking due to us having to move from another hotel first thing in the morning..,Staff were amazing,smelt fresh it was clean and very cosy. More than happy, so were my children. We will be staying again. Mattresses are all memory and so comfy,you just sink into them. The location was an added bonus. Thankyou,very much appreciated

When I got there I thought this is not for me it's was dark and looked a bit grubby, but after staying there for 5 nights I really enjoyed my stay / the shower was amazing

Well tea and coffee was surply but no sugar milk or a cup were there, not a problem I couldn't handle

Everything ideally on doorstep, very friendly owner, just enjoyed the whole holiday and would be back in a hurry, but having my own dog I'll have to find someone to look after him first, otherwise I'd have been back a few times since coming back home,as I absolutely loved my time in Blackpool, and the guest house was perfectly located for all the amenities on the doorstep, and the only guesthouse in blackpool the closest to the tower, the room views you felt like you could reach out and touch it,I highly recommend this place to stay, will be back soon

Was still using the previous owners adverts from 7 years ago, so when it's saying cooked freshly everyday breakfast, there actually isn't any breakfast offered, and the advert is what the previous owners put up, so the new owners should've changed it to their own specifications.
