Very clean friendly staff they were amazing couldn't do enough for you they made us so welcome and gave us everything we needed I asked to borrow an iron and it was at my room before I got off my phone amazing food stunning and plenty of it all set up in there beautiful restaurant which was Indian in the nite even that food was amazing value and excellent food 20 per cent off for residents my son and his wife and my grandchildren came to have food with us they also got an amazing reception and really enjoyed it all staff were outstanding especially Adam and Rob I will definitely be going to this hotel again I rate it 20 out of 10 amazing

Nothing not to like

The lovely warm welcome from Adam was a highlight as was his very kind upgrade upon arrival. The location was quiet and so close to the amenities we were looking to use at the north pier end of the prom. 3 minutes walk to the tower and tram/bus links. Our room was a brilliant size for our family of 6. My husband and 3 adult kids and 11 year old fit comfortably with all our luggage. Requested 2 double beds and 2 singles and was just perfect for our needs. Powerful hot shower as well. Beds were comfortable and clean, offering 2 pillows each. Breakfast was excellent. Hot, plated, full English, tea, coffee and choice of branded cereal, toast, fruit juice, yoghurt and jams and fresh fruit. We were blown away with the choice and freshness. Excellent service and availability. Fabulous on site Indian restaurant. Food was amazing.

Not a dislike more of a could be improved slightly to be an even better experience. It’s a little tired in places but the value for money outshone the decor. Lots of stairs and a bit of a labyrinth to our room but understandable with the building design so can’t be helped and we were aware before booking so understood.

We came for a weekend event and stayed in 308 which was a family room. Located right by coral island and town center was a bonus for us, the onsite bar made pre drinks much easier they also ran karaoke till midnight on a friday and saturday, breakfast was a fry up and ceral, yoghurt and fruit Staff here are fantastic and couldn't do enough for us, we arrived early and asked if we could wait in the bar till check in at 3pm, but they said room was ready and we go to it now, Definitely recommend and planning to return for my annual summer trip

I liked all the staff here the other people was kind and friendly to me I have been through a lot this year and galf of last year (without going into detail) but I needed the break Very clean room, tea coffee sugar toilet paper towels and soap on wall of shower fresh clean bedding the restaurant is also amazing too looking forward to next visit asap hopefully Thanks for having us!

There was nothing I didn't like apart from that it was home time I feel more comfortable and see that future here than I do in my home town.

Location was great

Family room was up 4 different set of stairs and we had a pram we had to leave in the bar area. Also decor on pictures didn’t really match the actuality.

Firstly the lovely cheerful man on reception who explained restaurant etc to us. Room was a good size and had all we needed. Location was great only about 5 minute walk to the tower shops bars and restaurants. Shopping centre across the road. Wishing you well for the future and we will be back soon.

Didn't dislike anything. Think people are just quick to moan. Can't expect the Hilton for the price you paid. If you don't like anything mention it to the manager !!!

I had a really good rest at this hotel. Basic clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff in the very city center and somehow still quite quiet at night. Tiny bathroom but with a working shower and lovely hot water. Kettle and coffee and tea in the room. For super reasonable price! Pub downstairs - but closes at 11pm or so. Highly recommended!

Windows overlook the street so I worried a bit that it would be noisy at night but... it wasn't. Maybe I was lucky (4 nights, early June).

Robert is a lovely man, hotel is in a great location, by Reading other reviews I was worried about smell/cleanliness and noise but I never experienced the same. I could only smell the Indian restaurant when I cane in the main doors(past entrance into restaurant section) There was no noise And no complaints on cleanliness Booked to go back in a few weeks

The stairs upto the top, family rooms are on top floor and the stairs are a killer but this is noones fault I'm just lazy😂

The staff were lovely.room was a family room only problem it was on the third floor with no lift and I was on a crutch.but I did manager.nice breakfast and the restaurant of a night was an Indian restaurant which was a god send as it was pouring with rain so we didn't have to go out.would stay again but on a lower floor would have to leave the grandkids at home.excellent location

Maybe have someone at reception more and bar as we had to wait for someone to see to us a few times.
