Location was great

Family room was up 4 different set of stairs and we had a pram we had to leave in the bar area. Also decor on pictures didn’t really match the actuality.

I liked all the staff here the other people was kind and friendly to me I have been through a lot this year and galf of last year (without going into detail) but I needed the break Very clean room, tea coffee sugar toilet paper towels and soap on wall of shower fresh clean bedding the restaurant is also amazing too looking forward to next visit asap hopefully Thanks for having us!

There was nothing I didn't like apart from that it was home time I feel more comfortable and see that future here than I do in my home town.

Firstly the lovely cheerful man on reception who explained restaurant etc to us. Room was a good size and had all we needed. Location was great only about 5 minute walk to the tower shops bars and restaurants. Shopping centre across the road. Wishing you well for the future and we will be back soon.

Didn't dislike anything. Think people are just quick to moan. Can't expect the Hilton for the price you paid. If you don't like anything mention it to the manager !!!

Wonderful stay at the Calypso Hotel, Albert Road. When in Blackpool, we spend little time in our room or our hotel in general but was always met with a warm reception whenever we were there. Lovely front desk staff (didn’t get the gent’s name but he was lovely and had a lovely sense of humour). Very clean room and lovely facilities at the hotel. Staff were friendly. We arrived very early and was told our room wasn’t ready until 3pm. Not a problem, as we were informed it was still being cleaned from the previous guests; this told us straight away that we had chosen the right hotel. We could see the tower from our room so it was lovely to see it as we fell to sleep and woke up. That just tells you how close we were to the promenade. Amazing value for money.

The only downside was the breakfast. It’s continental and self service. I totally get it. That might be your thing; a few more options would have been nice but not really a complaint as I know some people prefer a continental to a full English I feel bad putting it as a negative but it’s just not our thing. It’s a personal preference to be offered a hot breakfast; that’s just me being fussy. Overall a brilliant stay and would definitely come back next time we’re in Blackpool.

Good location, extremely good value, pleasant and helpful staff, everything in the room you needed and it all worked, properly cleaned.

There was nothing. Of course, it is at budget level so some bits of the decor are in need of work so if that bothers you, you should go upmarket and spend more. But for a break where you are planning to be out of the hotel for all but the night time, this was ideal.

Warmly welcomed on arrival. Room was perfect for our needs granddaughter had her own private space and comfy single bed whilst we had a double. Shower looked small but was powerful. WiFi was fast considering we were on the 3rd floor. Location is great not far from Coral Island and the rest of the attractions. Only gripe would be the floor was a little uneven and squeaky floorboards

My recent stay was truly outstanding! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. The location is exceptionally convenient, allowing easy access to major attractions. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep There is Indian Restaurant name NAMASTEY INDIA is also good food i recommend that Restaurant for good quality food and atmosphere..
