Stephanie and staff absolutely lovely,met and greeted us,nothing too much trouble.Hotel spotless,very efficient.Beds really comfortable,Location spot on, at back of coral island.Ideal for everything we wanted to see and do. Bar ,Pool table, and dart board ,in large lounge.Even toilets downstairs to save going up to room .Modern decor ,black and white theme.Loved bedside lights.,on wall .Busy but very quiet hotel .Plenty of places to eat out ,on doorstep .Morrisons at bottom of street,if need to use A.TM. for a fee.Would definitely return and recommend. Really enjoyed our weekend, felt relaxed ,and at ease.Stephanie greeted every guest,and made sure said goodbye to them all as well x 10/ 10 in my opinion

Sadly blackpool has lots of homeless,so sad.Nobody hassles you tho.Council needs to help them. Makes you feel a bit guilty ,spending money when some people have none.Only thing that spoilt it for me Nothing to do with any hotels ,just a sad fact

Stephanie was lovely and accommodating once again. The hotel is spotless and has great decor. Beds were very comfortable. Location is fantastic. Undisputedly one of the best hotels in Blackpool. We'll be back!

Downside of the central location is the noise. Had to keep windows open as it was a very muggy weekend so heard a lot of outside noise, no fault of the hotel. The cleaner vacuums very early in the morning, before 8 o'clock on the Monday morning. Definitely could do with some curtains as the rooms are very bright once the sun is up, could help with the noise too. These aren't complaints as we love the hotel, just suggestions.

Stephanie was very friendly and thoughtful on arrival as my stay coincided with young farmers week so she juggled the rooms around to put me in the ^quieter end "of the hotel although noise was not a problem. I slept well in the comfy bed anyway. Breakfast was great the room was very clean bathroom was spotless and the location was very near the tower and seafront. All in all excellent stay for the northern soul weekender and will stay again.

The room and bathroom are lovely & fresh looking with modern decor and furniture. Both room and bathroom are very clean. Great size TV, room had everything you need with an iron and ironing board available for use if required. This has just become our first choice when staying over.

The only thing we noticed was that after I showered my son at night and I went back for one there was no hot water. However, this wasn't a big deal and I just had one the following morning.

The property didn’t have that tired and run down feeling like most places Blackpool. Modern and very clean. The hosts are very welcoming but no over bearing

I was happy with the price but feel the additional breakfast cost tipped it slightly high, It was a very nice breakfast tho and it wouldn’t deter me from visiting again

Perfect for a short stay in Blackpool. Booked last minute for a gig at the Tower Ballroom (which was a 5 minute walk from the property). The hotel is centrally located, easy to find, and has ample pay & display parking nearby. The en-suite twin room was small but perfectly formed, and was clean and comfortable. There is a bar with lounge area, and separate breakfast room. We stayed room only, but the breakfast smelt delicious.

We didn't have breakfast at our last stay, but we will be trying it this time as it looked amazing, our double room was absolutely spotless, I cannot fault it. Steph the host was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived.

The dart board and pool table were top quality, excellent location and Stephanie the owner was very helpful and friendly. She made sure the room was suitable to my partners needs. Can't wait to return.

Whole place fresh and clean, super comfy beds, lovely walk in shower that you could use without bashing your elbows on the wall :D

Very small things but could be useful... Some hooks by the door or back of the door to hang coats on as only 4 hangers between 2. A full length mirror would also be handy.

Quite noisy but that is guests. Could hear above room walking up and down and banging at 6am both mornings. Other rooms of girls. laughing and joking till about 12.30 1am. Think someone went to tell them to be quiet.
