I was up in Blackpool for Club-Land Weekender in The Winter Gardens and that was my ultimate priority and my "ONLY!!!!" total goal/importance!! I wanted somewhere comfortable and accommodating to sleep, go to the toilet and shower which The Stone House Hotel adequately accommodated and provided for!!! So, while they aren't "5" star, they were very accommodating and took care of all our needs and wishes and I would have "NO!!!" hesitations, or reservations in going back to stay there again!!!!

There was virtually nothing that I didn't like, or had a problem with and I'd have no hesitation in returning again. Potentially next year for my "CLUBLAND" Hat-trick.

Location was excellent, so close to coral island and the promenade. Staff was fantastic, room was clean, beds were comfy . No breakfast as budget hotel but local cafes so close by . Cheap and cheerful safe friendly place to spend a few nights exploring Blackpool.

People were talking loudly in the street late at night which is no fault of the hotel but was annoying

Everything was good better than other ones IV stopped in. We was in the family room . Guy was friendly and WiFi and TV all worked. Close to beach. Even let us check in early. Towels where on the bed as we arrived so that was good also the guy said if we needed More tea coffee milk Anything like that that we could help ourselves downstairs which is a nice touch. I would definitely stop here again . Clean rooms .

Nothing to do with owner just noise of people at stupid o'clock. Also abit stuffy ( weather was hot but rain so clammy) so maybe a fan in the room. And extra pillows. Shower pressure was not great but did the job .

The guy who I am assuming is the owner, but could just be staff, he was very pleasant, welcomed us with a smile, whenever we saw him he would say hello, and always seemed in a friendly mood. The bed was comfy and clean. The shower was very powerful and got hot quick and stayed hot.

Needed a little bit of TLC but for the price of the hotel, it did the trick. Could of done with extra pillows, as only get 1 paperthin pillow each.

The guy on front desk was lovely booked 2 rooms one room was used for a mate and her partner for his 40th and let me go in there room decorate it and then let us wait in room to suprise him and when lefted at ten he let us store baggage behind reception instead of walking around blackpool with it as coach weren't due till 1 o'clock. Will be staying again

Everything was expected nothing disliked

Was just as advertised, lovely gentleman who was always about and clearly works hard to make sure everyone is happy. Thank you. Comfy beds. Simple, no Frills. Could do with a paint but it’s perfect for a weekend away in blackpool. Thanks again, we will definitely book here again if and when we come back to blackpool.

Could do with a bit of a paint and as the mobile service is awful in blackpool, it would be a great idea to add in some WiFi at an extra cost for people who want it.

All the facilities were in working order and I had no issues whilst I was there. The value for money was good and the location was fantastic for getting to the sights and town centre easily.

Only negative thing was the pillow which was rather firm and unforgiving but not enough to mar an otherwise lovely stay

The chap on reception was most helpful on arrival. I felt like I was a valued guest. The room was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. The location was brilliant and was good for the attractions.

I thought to improve things maybe the property could have a a few sheets of paper telling the guest about where the attractions were. A small map in the pages as well would've helped. The papers could have had places to eat and drink.

It was close to all the places we wanted to go to and close to the coach station

They was all very polite they would always say talk to you we even left our case there on the last day so we didn't have to take it around with us until it was time to get the coach

Location is very central. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was basic but it was all I needed for my stay. Very clean. I would stay here again.

The only negative about my stay was another guest at the hotel who obviously had mental health issues. She was disturbing other guests with screams and shouting but the owner had her removed and after that could get a goods night sleep. Nothing to do with hotel.
